The conventional poultry farming method is a flat breeding method using so-called fixed beds.
On the floor of a one-story chicken house with a ceiling height of 240 cm,
The birds are raised from chicks to adults over a period of about 60 days on a sheet of wood chips about 20 cm thick to keep them warm and collect their droppings. Once the birds become adults, they are collected (captured) and shipped, and after shipping, the poultry house is cleaned, sterilized, and dried in preparation for the next raising.

を解消することである。B. The ceiling height is high, so the efficiency of space utilization is low, and even if air-conditioning equipment (in particular, chicks need to be raised at a room temperature of 20 to 36 degrees Celsius, regardless of summer or winter) is installed, it is difficult for workers to enter. (2) The excrement excreted by the chickens mixes with the chips, so it takes more than 20 days to remove the excrement, clean, disinfect, and dry the chicken house. , the total period of one cycle including the rearing period is
Not only does it take a long time (80 to 90 days), but the manure mixed with chips cannot be used as fertilizer. C. Capture of chickens at night (difficult to capture during the daytime due to noise and high risk of crushing) in preparation for shipping. [Means for Solving the Problems] An object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems in conventional poultry houses.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a poultry house according to the present invention, and the figure shows an embodiment in which two poultry houses 1 are paired with an air conditioning duct 2 in between. The poultry house 1 has a three-story structure divided into upper and lower sections by two floor slabs 3, and the height of each layer is approximately 2.4 m. Therefore, the total height of the building is approximately 7.2m. The width of the chicken house 1 is approximately 2 m, and the length is approximately 14 m. Inspection windows 4 are provided at key points on the outer wall of each layer of the poultry house 1, and a corridor 5 and stairs 5A are provided to allow access to the inspection windows 4. At least one end surface (left side in the figure) of the poultry house 1 is provided with an opening (not shown) for taking in and out a chicken floor and a feces floor, which will be described later.

A plurality of mounting holes 13 are drilled near both ends of the frames of the chicken bed 8 and the manure bed 9, and the legs of a wire mesh partition plate 14 with a height of about 40 cm are attached to these holes when shipping the chickens, which will be described later. It is designed to be fitted through the inspection window 4 (Fig. 2).

The air conditioning duct 2 employs a chiller system using a heat pump, for example, and the cold or warm air generated in the duct 2 is transferred into each rearing space through a communication hole 15 (Fig. 1) near the air conditioning duct of the poultry house 1. supply to. Note that the cooling temperature is set at a difference of -8°C to -10°C from the outside air temperature in midsummer, and the heating temperature is set at a minimum of 18°C in midwinter. In addition, ventilation fans (not shown) are installed at appropriate locations to ventilate the air inside the poultry house.

A feed gutter 16 is provided on the inner surface of one side, and a water feed gutter 17 is provided on the inner surface of the other side. It is desirable that the feed gutter 16 be of a circulating supply type, and that the water feed gutter 17 be of a gravity utilization type. These methods are commonly used and will not be described in detail in the main text. In the chicken house of the present invention, 1
Each building will raise 4,000 chickens. Temperature, humidity, and ventilation are automatically controlled using the equipment described above, and the chicks are raised to adulthood over about 60 days. Since the entire poultry house has a closed structure and no one can enter inside, daily inspections are carried out through the inspection window 4, and if any dead birds are found, they are taken out through the inspection window.

3, the height of the partition plate 14 is about 40 cm, so the chickens cannot move from the individual chicken beds 8. When an opening (not shown) in the end face of the poultry house is opened and a worker on a lift or the like pulls out the connected chicken beds 8 using wires, the adjacent chicken beds 8 are successively pulled out in a connected manner. At this time, since the hooks are designed to be removed vertically, the chicken beds 8 can be separated one by one at the opening. The pulled out chicken beds 8 are inserted one by one into the transportation frame 18 (FIG. 5) with the chickens on them, just like inserting a drawer into a dresser. The transport frame 18 has open end faces and bottom faces in the shape of a wire mesh, and a rail 19 is fixed to the inner face. By inserting the chicken bed 8 whose both end faces are closed by the partition plates 14 installed in advance into the transportation frame 18, the entire circumferential surface of the chicken bed 8 is closed. The chicken inside cannot escape. The transport frame 18 is sent to the next processing step.

The water absorbency of the non-woven fabric prevents water in the excrement from penetrating the excrement floor 9, and the air-permeability of the non-woven fabric allows the excrement to naturally dry quickly. Therefore, it is possible to obtain dried manure that does not contain chips or water and can be directly used as fertilizer. Feces floor 9
The chicken house 1, which is now empty after removing the chicken, is washed with water and disinfected and sterilized. A disinfected chicken floor 8 and a feces floor 9 are attached to the cleaned chicken house 1 in the reverse order of shipping. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare for the next cycle within a short period of about 5 days after shipment.

As described above, according to the present invention, the ceiling-height space that was conventionally required for workers to enter and exit can be used in multiple stages as a rearing space three times as large by making the chicken floor and excrement floor movable. This improves space utilization efficiency, and because the rearing space is made more compact, costs for incidental equipment such as air conditioning equipment are reduced to about 1/2 per bird compared to conventional methods.
This makes it economically viable.

The time required to clean, disinfect, and dry the poultry house after removing the feces bed can be reduced to about 1/4 compared to using conventional chips, which significantly shortens the breeding period for one cycle. .
