て後のテーブルの真直度変化を軽減させた加工槽
を有する放電加工装置を提供することにある。

より段部52が形成されていると共に、中心にボ
ルト36を通すためのボルト孔54が穿設されて
いる。又この座金42は、テーブル38下面と槽
外壁34底面との間に大径部48が位置し、槽外
壁34の座金孔44内に小径部50が位置し、大
径部48外部のテーブル38と槽外壁34との間
及び、小径部50下面に溝設したパツキン溝56
内部には、各々Oリング58,60が配してあ
る。なお図中62は、加工槽30に入れた加工液

し、組み立て後の精度修正が不要となる。
