A method has been proposed (Patent No. 251791).

A method for repairing cracks in structures has been proposed in which a repair material is press-fitted into the crack by applying pressure (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 1983-1989).

する必要があり作業者の熟練を必要とした。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Although it can be acknowledged that the former method has a repair effect, there are some difficulties in the work. For example, since the adhesive is viscous, if the speed of injecting the adhesive into the crack gap is increased, injection pressure will be applied to the adhesive injection point and the injection pressure will increase.
As a result, there is a problem in that the sealing part may become punctured or the crack width may become wider. Therefore, it was necessary to inject the adhesive at a low speed of 3 to 5 minutes per injection point, which required a highly skilled worker.

Although the adhesive is press-fitted and is effective, the adhesive adheres to the exterior surface of the structure, and the adhesive that cannot be completely injected remains as it is, leaving problems in post-processing.

ものである。(Structure of the Invention) (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides an injection pipe and an injection hose having a washer attached to the object when injecting adhesive into an object to be injected such as a crack of a concrete structure. An adhesive reservoir is provided between the pipe and the adhesive is pooled in the adhesive reservoir while injecting adhesive into cracks, etc., and when the adhesive is pooled in the adhesive reservoir, the injection hose side is closed and the pool is removed. The present invention attempts to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional adhesive injection repair method by injecting the adhesive by continuously changing the adhesive reservoir.

部に浸透する。 After the adhesive reservoir 3 is configured for the crack A in this way as explained in FIG. When an adhesive such as epoxy resin or unsaturated polyester resin is injected, the injection pressure at the time of injection forces the adhesive into the crack A gap, and the adhesive is also filled inside the adhesive reservoir, creating a constant pressure on the crack A. When pressure is applied to the crack A, the adhesive reservoir 3 expands to relieve the pressure on the crack A, as shown in FIG. After injecting the required amount of adhesive, close the end of the injection hose side pipe 2, the end of the adhesive reservoir 3, etc. to prevent backflow of the adhesive, and close the injection hose to the adhesive reservoir 3.
Separate the infusion pump by separating it from the infusion pump.
Here, it is sufficient to close the end of the injection hose side pipe 2, the end of the adhesive reservoir 3, etc. by the usual closing method. For example, as shown in FIG. You can either put a stopper on it, caulk it, use a valve device, or tie it with a string. It goes without saying that the adhesive reservoir may also be made in the same manner. In this way, move to the next construction location. This is how the process proceeds. After completing the injection work (after removing the injection pump)
The adhesive injected into the adhesive reservoir penetrates deep into the crack under the pressure of the rubber until the adhesive gels and loses its fluidity.

に押し入れる働きを続ける。 At this time, when the adhesive is press-fitted into the crack A, the adhesive reservoir 13 is also filled with adhesive, and when a certain pressure is applied to the crack A, the adhesive reservoir 13 is filled with adhesive.
The adhesive presses the partition plate 32 inside, and the spring body 3
4 responds and relieves the pressure on crack A. After the injection work is completed, as in the previous embodiment, by closing the rubber pipe 5 on the opposite side of the concrete structure, the adhesive in the adhesive reservoir 13 is removed by the partition plate 32 and the spring body 34.
It moves due to the force that returns to the source, and continues to work to push it deep into crack A.
