For example, in furniture, storage shelves, or relatively small equipment, elements used in sliding or reciprocating mechanisms such as doors, shelves, and drawers that mainly make linear movements are generally rotating bodies such as door wheels, or lubricating elements. Synthetic resin sliders with
As is well known, the frictional resistance is large, so the movement is not smooth, and of course the accuracy is also low, so the purpose has been achieved in the extremely general applications mentioned above. Needless to say, if the amount is small, it can be widely used as a sliding element even in linearly moving parts of furniture and various types of equipment. In particular, if there is no need to supply lubricating oil or other anti-friction agents to the sliding element, it is clear that it is even more effective for locations and applications where the use of oil or fat must be avoided. Therefore, examples of this type of bearings that allow the rotor to rotate freely and guide the shaft in a linear direction are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 48-16041 and Japanese Utility Model Application No. 49-29339. . However, in all of these devices, the ball is moved along a guide shaft or guide bar, so it is difficult to improve the smoothness of the means for supporting and rotating the ball. The fact that various proposals have been made regarding means for supporting the ball is proof of its difficulty.

In the present invention, in the sliding shaft guide body, the main body has at least three rectangular long notches equally distributed radially from the axis of the central guide hole to create a rotating space for the rotor. The formed plate and the rotor support plate each having a rotor support shaft bearing fitting portion formed on both sides of the rotation space are combined to form a rotation space in front and behind the rotation space with the rotor support plate in the center. The required number of plates are laminated so that the plates are positioned, and mounting outer plates with central guide holes are placed on both outer sides of the plates. Hollow fastening is carried out using the mounting holes drilled in multiple locations common to all of these plates. The body is fixedly formed into one body, and an incision portion of an appropriate width is formed from the central guide hole toward the outer periphery, and each space is formed radially from the center by the notch of each plate in the interior of the body. The rotor is supported by a support shaft loosely fitted in a bearing piece provided in a rectangular recess in the intermediate laminated plate portion forming the main body.
One or more rows of the rotor pairs are arranged in the axial direction of the guide hole, and each rotor is brought into contact with a guide rail inserted into the guide hole of the main body so that the cutout of the main body corresponds to the position where the rail support passes. It is.

When the slide block configured as described above is used, for example, as a sliding door or a movable table, a recess into which the main body 10 can be fitted is formed at the side end of the target moving object, and the main body 10 is inserted as shown in FIG. 10 fastening hollow studs 4
The bolts 16 are tightened using the inside of the guide rail 15, and the mounting seat of the guide rail 15 is fixed to a metal fitting, nail, etc. as appropriate on the stationary body side, and the required length is provided. The guide portion 15' of the guide rail 15 is attached to the slide block A If it is inserted into the central guide hole 12 of the guide rail 15 through the cutout 13, the guide portion 15' top surface and slanted lower surface of the guide rail 15,
The circumferential surfaces of each rotor 5 disposed in the main body 10 are in equal contact (the dimensions of this abutting relationship are set in advance so that the dimensions of the guide portion of the guide rail and the dimensions of the contact corresponding to the rotor circumferential surface of the block match). ), the guide portion 15' of the guide rail 15 is connected to the three rotors 5
It slides along the rail while being held by the object, and therefore, if the required number of slide blocks A are correctly installed on the side of the object to be moved, smooth and accurate movement can be performed without coming off or floating. It is. At this time, the rotor 5 support shaft 6 disposed in the space 11 in the main body 10 is supported by the bearing piece 7 installed in the rectangular recess 9 formed by the laminated plates as described above. Therefore, accuracy is expected even though the main body is made of laminated plates.

Each plate constituting the main body 40, especially the intermediate laminated plate 43, is provided with a rectangular notch 34 for each guide hole 12 similar to that of the single type, and both side laminated plates 42 are similarly provided with the same square notch 34 as the single type. Like the single type, a rectangular notch 22 is provided for each guide hole 12. When assembling the 433 intermediate laminates, two laminates 42 on both sides are stacked on each other, and outer panels 41 are placed on both sides.
Stack them one on top of the other and fasten them together using hollow rivets 4 in the mounting holes and thin rivets 8 in the rivet holes,
Bearing pieces 7 are fitted into the rectangular recesses 9 formed in the intermediate laminated plate 43, and the support shaft 6 is inserted through the bearing pieces 7.
Similarly to the embodiment described above, rotors 5 are rotatably installed in each space 11, and in this type, two guide holes are provided and a pair of rotors is provided surrounding the guide holes. The guide rails 15 are respectively inserted into the guide holes 12 through the cutouts 13, and the two guide rails 15, 1
5 so that it can be slid freely. Of course, the same guide rails 15 as in the previous embodiment are used, but if necessary, even if the guide portions 15' are round, they can be held in position with respect to each other by two guide rails. I can't shake it.

It goes without saying that with this type of slide block, the orientation of the cutout relative to the guide hole can be arbitrarily selected depending on the mounting position of the guide rail and the correspondence between the block and the guide rail. Instead, you can use one with its orientation changed if necessary. The same applies to the overall external shape and dimensions.

As described above, according to the present invention, at least three types of plate materials having a predetermined thickness and cutouts in a desired shape are formed, and the required number of plates are combined and laminated in a predetermined order. By fastening them together, the guide rail, which is inserted through the guide hole provided at the center or at a desired position and the cutout communicating with the guide hole, is supported by a bearing piece installed in the rectangular recess inside the main body. By abutting the rotor on the shaft, smooth sliding with high dimensional accuracy is achieved. In particular, by holding the guide rail with the rotor, smooth and accurate movement is achieved while rolling. It can be used for equipment and tools that require sliding or reciprocating motion, allowing movement with extremely low resistance, such as drawers, doors, etc.
In addition, by using it as a relatively small-sized moving element, it was possible to obtain something that achieved unprecedented effects, making it a useful item that can be used for a variety of purposes. In addition, since it can be manufactured by punching a plate, it is easy to mass-produce and can provide inexpensive and highly accurate products, making it highly practical.
