本発明はシヤツタ取付構造を改良した換気装置

置を提供することを目的とし、モータを換気装置
枠体内に支持する支持体にシヤツタを枢支するこ
とで、換気装置枠体に内装する各部品をあらかじ
め枠体に組み込む前に組み立てることができるよ

軸に装着される羽根8と、前記支持体5に枢支さ
れて前記枠体2内を開閉自在とする2枚のシヤツ
タ9U,9Dと、前記支持体5を固定する螺子4
にて前記枠体2外側面に装着される弓型取付保持
用バネ10とよりなる。前記枠体2と通風化粧グ

2には前記枠体2の開口に向い伸びる延長部13
を形設している。該延長部13の先端立上り部に
は弾性体14を装着している。前記支持体5の中
央部分には前記モタ7が装着され、その装着され
る面は前記折曲部12が伸びる面の裏となつてい
る。逆三角形状をした前記支持体5の上縁部に形
設した切欠15両端内縁及び両側縁部中央には、
シヤータ枢軸16,17を軸支する軸受穴18,
19を形設した穴片20,21を形設している。
前記支持体5の両側縁部に形設した突片21の上
縁には前記シヤツタ9Dが開放した時当接してそ
の開きを規制する突部22を形設している。前記
シヤツタ9U,9Dはそれぞれ半円板状をしてお
り、2枚で前記枠体2を閉塞するに十分な円板を
形成する。下側に位置する前記シヤツタ9Dは、
その上縁直線部の前記突片21と対向する部分に
軸挿通穴23を形設した切起片24を形設してい
る。前記シヤツタ枢軸17を突片21の軸受穴1
9及び切起片24の軸挿通穴23に挿通させるこ
とで、前記シヤツタ9Dは前記支持体5に枢支さ
れる。前記シヤツタ9Dの円弧縁部の下側両側部
分には直線切欠25を形設しており、前記シヤツ
タ9Dの開閉時の前記枠体2内面への当りを防止
している。前記シヤツタ9Dの上縁部には弾性体
26を装着している。上側に位置する前記シヤツ
タ9Uは、その上縁円弧部の上部両側の前記突片
20と対向する部分に軸挿通穴27を形設した切
起片28を形設している。前記シヤツタ枢軸16
を突片20の軸受穴18及び切起片28の軸挿通
穴27に挿通させることで、前記シヤツタ9U前
記支持体5に枢支される。前記シヤツタ9Uの円
弧縁部の両側部分には折曲部29を形設してい
る。該折曲部29は前記シヤツタ9Uが開放した
時前記枠体2の開口縁に当接し、前記折曲部29
を形成しない場合に比べて前記シヤツタ9Uの開
放角度を大きくするものである。また前記折曲部
29は、切欠でもよいが前述の如く折曲部29に
することで、前記枠体2への当りが柔らかなもの
である。前記シヤツタ枢軸16,17は、前記支
持体5を前記枠体2に内装した時該枠体2内面に
その端部が近接して位置することで、抜け止めが
なされる。よつて前記シヤツタ9U,9Dの取り
付け取り外しは前記支持体5を枠体2から出し入
れすることで、容易に行なえるものである。前述
の前記シヤツタ9U,9Dの取り付け取り外しが
容易に行なえることは、前記換気装置1を壁に形
設した開口に対する挿入方向を変えることで、排
気用、吸気用として使い分ける場合非常に便利な
