In particular, the object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-sensitive copying ink that can create information records that cannot be read by third parties other than legitimate rights holders.

When transmitting information records such as characters, symbols, figures, etc. that have been copied onto the copy paper surface using the pressure copying ink layer, the information records copied on the copy paper surface may be transferred to a third party other than the legitimate rights holder. In order to ensure that the information is transmitted only to the legitimate right holder without leaking it to others, a special chemical treatment is applied to the information recording section copied on the copy paper surface to make it invisible and the information is transmitted to the rightful right holder. There is a known method in which, when a copy sheet is delivered to the user, the legitimate holder heats or otherwise processes the copy sheet to make the information recording section visible and readable.

Because it cannot be made invisible, when transmitting confidential information from one legitimate right holder to another, the same copy paper cannot be used and separate information records are created. There was the complexity of having to use copy paper with the copies invisible.

のである。 The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive copying ink having the structure described in the claims, and when the copying ink is used to form a pressure-sensitive copying ink layer on a pressure-sensitive copying base paper, the above-described conventional copying ink is used. It has been possible to provide pressure-sensitive copying paper that eliminates all the drawbacks of pressure-sensitive copying paper and can create an information record on the copying paper surface that cannot be read by any third party other than the legitimate right holder. be.

It is necessary that the color develops under ultraviolet light of 301 to 450 nm. This is because the original use of the pressure-sensitive copying ink of the present invention is to form a pressure-sensitive copying ink layer on pressure-sensitive copying paper for the purpose of preventing secret leakage to third parties. Because it is necessary to make the copying ink layer a pressure-sensitive copying ink layer that cannot be easily noticed by third parties, we use wavelengths of 200 to 300 nm, which are of limited variety and difficult to obtain in the industry.
This method selects and uses colorless fluorescent pigments that emit light under ultraviolet light, such as
Zn 2 SiO 4 /Mn, CaWO 4 or CaWO 4 /Pb
Fluorescent pigments such as can be used. Next again,
In the present invention, examples of colorless fluorescent pigments that emit light with ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 301 to 450 nm include, for example, ZnS/
Cu etc. can be used. In the pressure-sensitive copying ink of the present invention, the colorless fluorescent pigment is contained in a total of 20% of the total mixed composition.
It is preferably within the range of ~50% by weight, and although the mixing ratio of both is arbitrary, it is preferable that the amount is approximately equal.

る。 In the present invention, if the fluorescent pigment is less than 20% by weight, the copying paper using the fluorescent pigment may be used by irradiating the surface of the copying paper with ultraviolet light after pressure-sensitive writing by the rightful right holder to remove the information recording section. When reading, there is a drawback that the light emitted from the recording section is insufficient, making the reading operation difficult. On the other hand, if this fluorescent pigment exceeds 50% by weight, the fluidity of the resulting ink itself will be impaired,
The operation of forming a pressure-sensitive copy ink layer on the copy paper surface becomes difficult, and the formed pressure-sensitive copy ink layer is likely to have spots, making it impossible to form a uniform information recording area on the copy paper surface. produce defects.

ある。 Liquid paraffin or petrolatum is used as the oil component in the pressure-sensitive copying ink of the present invention, and this oil contains 15 to 40% of the total mixed composition.
It is necessary to add and mix within the range of weight %. This is because if the total mixed composition constituting the ink for pressure-sensitive copying of the present invention contains less than 15% by weight of oil, the copying performance of the ink layer for pressure-sensitive copying formed using this ink will be poor. This is because the original function of the ink is insufficient, and 40% by weight
This is because if the amount exceeds 100, the degree of contamination of the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer formed on the surface of the copying paper becomes severe, and it becomes impossible to form clear information recording portions on the surface of the copying paper.

る。 Further, as the wax component in the pressure-sensitive copying ink of the present invention, a polyolefin wax such as paraffin, refined carnapa, or polyethylene wax is used.
It is necessary to add and mix within the range of 20 to 50% by weight in the entire mixed composition constituting the ink for pressure-sensitive copying of the present invention. This is because when the wax component exceeds 50% by weight in the total mixed composition, the pressure-sensitive copying performance of the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer formed using this ink is poor, and the pressure-sensitive copying ink of the present invention is This is because the original pressure-sensitive copying function achieved by
If the amount is less than % by weight, the pressure-sensitive copy ink layer formed on the surface of the copy paper will be highly contaminated, making it difficult to obtain clear information recording areas on the surface of the copy paper.

None of these substances can prevent the fluorescent pigment from emitting light, and they have the characteristics of low absorption of ultraviolet light and high transmittance.

A pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 5 is provided on the surface 6 of the copying paper 2 in an area facing the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 5. It has a structure in which a concealing printed layer 7 is provided.

is not necessarily required.

る。 When predetermined information is recorded on the copy paper 1 by pen pressure using a set of copy paper 3 having the above-mentioned structure, the wavelength 200~
The information is copied with a pressure-sensitive copying ink containing colorless fluorescent pigments that emit light at 300 nm and in the ultraviolet range from 301 to 450 nm. In this case, if the pressure-sensitive copy ink layer 5 on the copy base paper 1 contains a normal coloring pigment,
Information is copied onto the concealing print layer 7, and the color of the concealing print layer 7 and the color of the information copied onto the copy paper 2 are the same color. Further, when the pressure-sensitive copying ink layer 5 does not contain any pigment other than the colorless fluorescent pigment, the color of the recording copied onto the copying paper 2 is colorless. Therefore, in any case, although the copy record on the second side of the copy sheet cannot be read with the naked eye under normal circumstances, the legitimate rightful holder who obtained the copy sheet 2 on which the copy record was recorded is ,
When the copy paper 2 is placed under a means such as a mercury lamp equipped with a special filter that transmits light of 200 to 300 nm, or when placed under a black light, a copy is recorded on the copy paper 2 for the first time. This makes it possible to read characters, symbols, pictures, etc.

The 450nm fluorescent pigment emits light, which is a different color than when irradiated with the mercury lamp mentioned above. Therefore, if the copy written on the slip is separately irradiated with two light sources of 254 nm and 365 nm, each will develop a different color. If the emitted color is determined by a combination of fluorescent pigments, it will not only be possible to prevent counterfeiting simply by using the fluorescent pigments, but also make counterfeiting even more difficult because it will be extremely difficult to make identical products.
