(B) [Prior Art] Conventionally, in belt conveyors, etc., deposits that adhere to the belt during use are removed by a belt cleaner 1 made of special steel, etc., as shown in Figure 1. However, since the belt cleaner 1 is constantly pressed against the belt surface and scrapes off the deposits on the belt surface, it is subject to severe wear and must be replaced frequently. There were inconveniences such as reduced efficiency and the need for manpower and expense for replacement.

In addition, a method of improving wear resistance by metallizing wear-resistant ceramics on the cleaner part of belt cleaners is also used, but ceramics are resistant to wear due to friction, but their brittleness As a result, the ceramic may chip off due to impact with solid matter mixed in the deposits, and its wear-resistant function cannot be fully demonstrated.

(C) [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present application provides a damage-resistant and wear-resistant belt that completely eliminates chipping due to the brittleness of ceramics and fully demonstrates its wear resistance. It provides a cleaner.

(D) [Means for solving the problem] As shown in Fig. 2, thin metal surfaces 4 having a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of the ceramic are metalized on both sides of the ceramic plate 2. One of the thin metal plate 4 surfaces of the bonded composite ceramic plate 7 is brazed and bonded to the cleaner portion 6 of the cleaner metal substrate 5, and the thin metal plate 4 of the ceramic plate 2
The structure is such that the ceramic plate is integrated between the cleaner part 6 of the cleaner metal substrate 5 and the ceramic plate is prevented from being damaged, and the wear and tear of the cleaner part 6 is greatly reduced.

For example, a thin metal such as Co, which has a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of the ceramic plate 2, is coated on both sides of the ceramic plate 2, such as Al 2 O 3 , which has good wear resistance, by the Mo-Mn method or the active metal method. The plates 4 are bonded by metallization bonding 3 to form a composite ceramic plate 7, and any four surfaces of the thin metal plates of this composite ceramic plate 7 are bonded to the cleaner metal substrate 5 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. The cleaner part 6 is brazed with silver solder or solder.

Note that the cleaner metal substrate 5 may be embedded in the composite ceramic plate 7 as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, it may have a flat plate shape. It can be used according to convenience.

(E) [Effect of the invention] With the above structure, when the belt cleaner of the present invention is attached to a belt conveyor as shown in FIG. However, in this case, the scraped surface of the ceramic plate 2 is protected by a thin metal plate 4 that is metallized and bonded, so even if solid matter is mixed in with the deposit, it will impact the surface of the composite ceramic plate 7. Also, since the surface of the ceramic plate 2 is coated with metallized bonding by the thin metal plate 4, it does not chip or fall off and exhibits good wear resistance.

In this way, the belt cleaner of the present invention has its cleaner part 6 made of a ceramic plate 2 having good wear resistance, and the brittleness of the ceramic plate 2 is well reinforced by double-sided metallized bonding of the thin metal plate 4. Moreover, since the composite ceramic plate 7 is brazed and joined to the cleaner metal substrate 5, it will not peel off during use, and the scraping function will not be impaired until the composite ceramic plate 7 is worn out. In addition, since the thermal expansion coefficients of the ceramic plate 2 and the thin metal plate 4 are similar in the composite ceramic plate 7, there is no stress cracking of the ceramic plate 2 due to the difference in thermal expansion, and furthermore, the composite ceramic plate 7 can be easily bonded to the cleaner part 6. Since the thin metal plate 4 is interposed at the joint between the ceramic plate 2 and the cleaner part 6 and absorbs the thermal stress due to the difference in coefficient of thermal expansion, the ceramic plate 2 does not suffer from stress cracking, and can be used even under severe impact conditions. It has excellent functions such as being able to withstand long-term use.

1. A composite ceramic plate in which thin metal plates having a coefficient of thermal expansion close to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the ceramic plate are metallized and bonded to both sides of the ceramic plate. By brazing and joining the ceramic plate to the thin metal plate and the cleaner part of the cleaner metal substrate, we prevent the ceramic plate from chipping and greatly reduce wear and tear on the cleaner part. A belt cleaner with a unique structure.
