の基部４にカメラ取付部５を水平方向、かつ垂直
方向に回動自在に設け、カメラ取付部５の内部に
同カメラ取付部５を水平方向、かつ垂直方向に回
動させる回動装置（図示せず）を設け、このカメ
ラ取付部５にテレビカメラ６を取付けた上でカメ
ラ取付部５を水平方向または垂直方向に回動させ
て、取付けたテレビカメラ６を水平方向または垂
直方向に回動させ、これによつてテレビカメラ６
が撮影を行なうようにしたものである。
