は極めて重要である。 Conventionally, in the above-mentioned tape winding method, the tape was wound carelessly without paying attention to the relationship between the direction of the selvedge part M of the tape and the winding direction of the paper winding machine. (Typically wound in the same direction) Figures 2A and 2B are explanatory views of the state of the tape wound around the conventional cable core, cut in the axial direction and enlarged. The lower side is the cable conductor side. If the selvage part M is facing upward as shown in Fig. B or downward as shown in Fig. A, in the same direction, the layer change point (A
- In the part of line B), the selvedge part M falls into or gets stuck in the gap g, so if the cable is bent, the paper tape will not slide easily against each other, and wrinkles will occur on both sides of the paper tape. In extreme cases, it may tear and cause the cable's pressure resistance to deteriorate. Therefore, it is extremely important to prevent this phenomenon.

とするものである。 In view of the above points, the present invention has been developed by winding either the upper layer or the lower layer inverted by 180 degrees at each portion where the winding direction of the bent portion of the insulating tape changes during tape winding. The purpose of this is to prevent wrinkles and tears in a tape having a laminated structure.

This has the advantage that wrinkles and cracks caused by the selvage portion can be prevented from occurring.

Figures 1A and 2B are explanatory diagrams of how burrs are formed on the tape when the tape is cut. Figures 2A and 2B are diagrams showing the state of tape wound around a conventional cable core, cut in the axial direction. FIGS. 3A and 3B show enlarged explanatory views cut in the axial direction of the tape subjected to the method of the present invention. T is a tape, M is a selvedge part, T 1 and T 2 are tapes to which the present invention has been applied, and the line A-B shows a transition point between layers.
