問題があつた。 However, in the case of a cylindrical cut-out with a built-in arrester, since the arrester is built into the main body insulator, it is difficult to replace only the arrester, and it is necessary to replace the entire cylindrical cut-out with a built-in arrester. Therefore, there was a problem in that the replacement work was time-consuming.

It is necessary to create a special shape or increase the inner diameter of the main body insulator to increase the space in its storage section. Therefore, in the former case, it is difficult to manufacture the main insulator;
There is a problem of increased manufacturing costs. In the latter case, the main insulator becomes large and wasteful space is created in the hollow part of the main insulator.
