シヤープペンシルが周知であるが、前者において
は、鉛芯収納筒に収納されている鉛芯の最後の一
本まで順次送り出し使用できる反面、送り出す鉛
芯の長さがある程度決まつており、所望の長さを
任意に選択する事ができず、後者においては所望
の鉛芯送り出し量が任意に選択できる反面、鉛芯
が一本毎に鉛芯保持部材に保持されているため、
一本の鉛芯を消耗してしまうと、新たな鉛芯を鉛
芯保持部材に付け変えなければならず、それぞれ
一長一短を有している。
