リヤ本体1の外周に放射状に複数本突設した綛保
持杆で、これに被処理物である綛20を懸垂する
ものである。該綛保持杆8の先端には夫々伸長杆
9が連結軸10により平面回転可能に連接されて
いる。該各伸長杆9は水平方向の円弧状に形成さ
れ、各伸長杆9の先部が隣接する伸長杆9の外部
に近接して沿うようになつており、長尺の多数の
伸長杆9を小面積内に折り畳みできるようになつ
ている。11はキヤリヤ本体1の上端に固着した
吊り用の支持部である。

に懸垂された染色後の綛を手作業により乗り移り
させる。次で、移動台13を移動して、キヤリヤ
本体1を別の染液噴射筒14の前面に移動させる
と共に、移動台13に設けた平面回転部15によ
りキヤリヤ本体1を平面回転して、空の伸長杆9
を染液噴射筒14へ対向させて前記の同様に綛を
乗り移りさせる。このようにして各染液噴射筒1
4の綛を各伸長杆9及び綛保持杆8へ移し替え
る。次で綛を懸垂した各伸長杆9を第1図の右側
で示す如く折曲する。この状態でキヤリヤ本体1
を第3図Bの如くクレーン等により吊り上げて遠
心脱水機2上に搬送する。そしてキヤリヤ本体1
を第3図Cに示す如く遠心脱水機2内へ下して円
錘状支持部3の外周へ嵌合させ、締付けナツト1
6にて固定する。そして遠心脱水機2を駆動して
脱水処理する。このとき、伸長杆9は円周方向に
沿つて架設されるため、その綛は遠心力によつて
は外れない。この脱水処理後、締付けナツト16
を外して後、キヤリヤ本体1をクレーン等にて遠
心脱水機2より吊り上げ、第3図Eに示す如く乾
燥機17の前面部に搬送する。そして伸長杆9を
伸長させてその綛を手作業にて乾燥機17のコン
ベア18上に乗せ、その綛を乾燥機17内へ送り
乾燥処理する。

できてその搬送に場取らない上に遠心脱水機を小
型にすることが可能になる。またキヤリヤ本体1
を、その下面が開口する中空円錘台状に形成すれ
ば、その遠心脱水機への装着、離脱が容易にな
る。
