うに本体2上に設けられたジユース受け容器で、
その下端の一部にジユース取出し口14を設けて
いる。15はジユース受け容器13の上端に着脱
自在に嵌合し、中央部に材料投入口16を具備し
た容器蓋、17は材料投入口16より投入された
野菜、果物等の材料をカツター12に押し付ける
