In the case of abrasive blade wheels, in order to give sufficient followability according to the shape of the object to be polished, the abrasive coated sheet is made flexible by making slits, and in the case of long abrasive blade wheels, it is made with a regular length. There are cases where bundles of abrasive coated sheets are connected together, but in such cases,
In a polishing blade wheel with a conventional configuration, the slits provided in the polishing sheets set in each row or the contact points of each sheet bundle are located on the same circumference. This results in vertical streaks that are not polished on the surface of the polishing surface, creating a striped pattern and making smooth polishing impossible. Therefore, in this invention, both ends of the core in which the grooves for setting the anchors to which the bundle of abrasive coated sheets are attached are formed into cylinders with end surfaces inclined at an appropriate angle with respect to the central axis of the core. By fitting the end of the anchor into the groove so that it aligns with the end face of the core, it is possible to set the slits of adjacent abrasive sheets or the joints of unit sheet bundles to be out of phase so that they do not match. To explain its structure with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings, 1 is a core constituting an abrasive wheel made of metal or synthetic resin, etc. Spreading grooves 2... are provided in parallel, and both ends thereof are formed into parallel end surfaces 3, 3' that are inclined at an appropriate angle α with respect to the central axis Grooves 4, 4' are provided in which the protrusions provided in the grooves are fitted. Next, 5 and 5' are flanges with slopes 6 and 6 that match the slopes of both end faces 3 and 3' of the core 1, respectively.
6', and protrusions 7...7' that fit into the grooves 4, 4' provided on the inner surface of the core 1, and a rotary shaft insertion hole in the center, and the other side faces are straight planes 8,
8'. Next, the numeral 9 is an abrasive-coated sheet, and as shown in FIG. This is a bundle of abrasive coated sheets.
If the bundle of abrasive coated sheets constructed in this way is sequentially inserted and set in each groove 2 of the core 1 constructed as described above, the core Slits 10 provided in adjacent front and rear abrasive coated sheets 9 arranged along the diagonal surface of the end face of 1...or gaps 12 when a bundle of abrasive coated sheets are inserted side by side are phased so that they do not coincide with each other. is set to a misaligned state. At both ends of the core 1 configured in this way, there are protrusions 7 provided inside the flanges 5 and 5' described above.
7' are respectively fitted into the grooves 4, 4' at both ends of the core 1, and the rotary shaft 13 is inserted into the rotary shaft insertion hole provided at the center of this flange.
A polishing blade wheel is constructed by screwing and tightening nuts 15, 15' to 4'.

When polishing an object to be polished using the polishing blade wheel configured in this way, it is possible to prevent vertical streaks due to polishing leakage from occurring due to the slits in the bundle of polishing sheets in one row or the gaps between the joints of the bundle of polishing sheets in one row. , this part is polished with the next row of polishing sheets, so that the vertical streaks are eliminated as a whole.

Even though the bundles of abrasive coated sheets in each row are arranged with a phase difference, in the case of a structure like the core of a conventional abrasive blade wheel, the width or gap between the slits provided in each abrasive sheet is Because of the small size, it is extremely difficult to manually set the slits or gaps in the front and rear rows so that they do not match. However, according to this invention, both end surfaces of the core itself are inclined with respect to the center line. If the wheels are fitted and set in accordance with this end face, they will be set to be out of phase naturally, so there is no need for special consideration, and it is possible to construct a uniformly polished blade wheel. be.
