再落下される時に筒状袋体内において舞上つたり
して不安定な状態となり、作業に支障を来す惧れ
があつたと同時に舞上つた充填物の一部が次の横
シール個所に入り込んだりして確実かつきれいな
シールを行うことができない欠点があつたばかり
でなく、筒状袋体の材質によつては一度の熱圧着
ではシールが不充分となるものもあり、その結果
材質の使用範囲が限定される欠点もあり、またシ
ールを確実に行うため、熱圧着時間を長くとると
包装作業を高速に行うことができなくなる等の欠
点があつた。

袋体8に対して表裏面から前進閉合、下降、後退
開放、上昇からなる関連動作を行うよう周知のク
ランク機構13に連結している。14はこの横型
熱シール部材12,12′によつて熱シールされ
た筒状袋体8の巾方向シール部分8′をカツトす
るようこの横型熱シール部材12,12′と連結
して同期的に駆動するようこの熱シール部材の下
方位置に配設したカツト部材であり、このカツト
部材14は一方は固設した刃14aからなり、他
方は可動自在に設けた刃14bからなつている。
これら刃14a,14bは常時開いており、これ
ら刃14a,14b間において下方向に移送され
る筒状袋体8の巾方向シール部分8′を、この筒
