It is desirable to install shutters on bay windows to prevent crime in those areas. However, since a bay window is installed protruding from the house, it is difficult to provide a door pocket for storing a normal sliding storm door. The idea was to create a security effect by providing a roll shutter storage section and pulling down the roll shutters stored in the roll shutter storage section to cover the front window of the bay window. However, when a roll shutter storage section is provided in the upper part of a bay window and the roll shutter is stored in the roll shutter storage section, a problem arises in that rainwater adhering to the roll shutter storage section accumulates on the bottom surface of the roll shutter storage section.

材である。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The bay window A is formed in an opening 9 provided in a wall 8 of the building. A skylight part 1 is provided at the upper part of the bay window A and is inclined downward toward the outdoors, and a transparent plate 10 such as a glass plate is fitted into this skylight part 1. A front window part 2 is provided in the front part of the bay window A, and this front window part 2
Two sliding doors 12 and a screen door 13 are provided in which transparent plates 11 such as glass plates are fitted. Of course, other windows than the sliding door 12 (for example, a fitted window or another window) may be used. Also, side plates 14 are provided on both sides of the bay window A. Here, the side plate 14 is fixed to the column 16 of the opening 9 by a bracket 15, and an exterior plate 17 such as a gypsum cement board is stretched on the outer surface of the side plate 14. 18 is the window frame of bay window A;
18a is an upper frame, 18b is a lower frame, and 18c is a vertical frame. A roll shutter storage section 3 is provided above the rear end of the skylight section 1 of the bay window A. The roll shutter storage unit 3 is composed of a storage unit bottom plate 19, a back plate 20, a top plate 21, a side plate 14, a front decorative plate 48, etc., and a roll 23 for winding the roll shutter 4 is provided inside.
The roll 23 is formed into a hollow cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. A motor 25 integrally protruding from
The output shaft 26 of the motor 25 is connected to the roll 23 via a one-way clutch 27.
The rotating shaft 28 is rotatably inserted into a bearing 29 provided on a reinforcing plate 34 attached to the upper part of one side plate 14, and the fixed shaft 24 is rotatably inserted into a bearing 29 provided on a reinforcing plate 34 attached to the upper part of the other side plate 14. By being non-rotatably inserted into the hole 30, the roll 23 is supported within the roll shutter housing 3. In the figure, 31 is a slip prevention plate, which is divided into two halves 32, and an insertion opening 37 is formed by matching the semicircular notches 33 of the halves 32. The anti-slip plate 31 is made up of two halves 32. Each half 32 is fixed to a tapping hole 36 of a boss portion 35 protruding from a reinforcing plate 34 with a screw 39, and the roll 23 is inserted into an insertion opening 37. It has been done. Here, the gap between both slippage prevention plates 31 is slightly wider than the width of the roll shutter 4. Since the anti-slip plate 31 is divided into two parts, when the back plate 20 is removed and the roll 23 is maintained or inspected, only one half 32 of the anti-slip plate 31 consisting of two halves 32 needs to be removed. The roll 23 can be removed and maintenance and inspection can be carried out without being obstructed by the slippage prevention plate 31. In the figure, 38 is a receiving piece provided with a half body 32 that remains fixed even during maintenance and inspection. Guide groove members 5 for guiding the roll shutter 4 from the skylight section 1 to the front window section 2 are provided at both outer edges of the bay window A. The guide groove member 5 is formed by combining two members, a front member 6 and a rear member 7, facing each other. The front member 6 is provided with a end cover portion 40 of the side plate 14 and is fixed to the side plate 14. Further, the rear member 7 is fixed to the vertical frame 18c.
The end piece 41 of the front member 6 and the end piece 42 of the rear member 7 face each other to form a groove, and the protruding piece 43 of the front member 6 and the protruding piece 44 of the rear member 7 are fixed with screws 63. There is. The guide groove member 5 made up of the front member 6 and the rear member 7 is curved into an arc at the corner formed by the skylight section 1 and the front window section 2. By the way, the reason why the guide groove member 5 is divided into two parts, the front member 6 and the rear member 7, is because if the guide groove member 5 were an integral piece with a U-shaped cross section or an E-shaped cross section, it would be difficult to bend it into an arc shape. Also, although it is not possible to bend the groove while maintaining an accurate groove width, if it is divided into two parts, the front member 6 and the rear member 7, each member can be bent into an arc shape and then assembled facing each other, making the bending process easier. Furthermore, the groove width can be set accurately. Further, during bending, it is also possible to provide notches in the protrusions 43, 44, etc. on the inner circumferential side of the arc-shaped bent portion to facilitate bending, if necessary. A fixing piece 45 is provided on the upper part of the front member 6, and one end of this fixing piece 45 and a wind deflection prevention fitting 46 are fixed to a hanging piece 47 hanging from the front end of the upper plate 21 with screws or the like. . A locking portion 49 is provided at the tip of the wind deflection prevention fitting 46. In the figure, reference numeral 48 denotes a front decorative plate, which has a substantially inverted L shape and whose upper part is fixed to the wall 8. A locked part 51 provided at the center of the back of the vertical piece 50 is connected to the locked part 49. It is locked so that the front decorative plate 48 does not swing due to the wind. The storage unit bottom plate 19 that forms the bottom of the roll storm door storage unit 3 is sloped downward as it approaches the front (that is, the outdoor side), and there is a skylight at the front end of the storage unit bottom plate 19. A frame portion 52 serving as an upper frame of the portion 1 is integrally provided. The frame portion 52 is provided with a fitting portion 53 into which the upper end portion of the transparent plate 10 is fitted, and an upper U-shaped portion 54 is provided above the fitting portion 53. Here, the storage section bottom plate 19 constituting the bottom surface of the roll shutter storage section 3 is located above the upper end of the transparent plate 10, so that rainwater that has entered into the roll shutter storage section 3 can leak into the upper U-shaped section. Multiple drainage ports 5 drilled in 54
5, the water is drained onto the upper outer surface of the transparent plate 10. By the way, a cover fitting 56 is fitted into the U-shaped portion 54 only at a portion corresponding to the drain port 55 to prevent wind and rainwater from entering the inside from the drain port 55 from the outside. The cover fitting 56 is open on one side or both sides, and the water drained from the drain port 55 is drained from the side of the cover fitting 56, so that there is no problem in draining water. Therefore, the drain port 55 and the side opening of the cover fitting 56 are connected from the bottom of the roll shutter storage section 3 to the skylight section 1.
A drainage section for draining rainwater is provided on the upper outer surface of the transparent plate 10. In the figure, 70 is a dirt/rainwater removing member such as an elastic material such as rubber or a brush provided at the lower end of the front decorative plate 48, and is in contact with the roll shutter 4, and when the roll shutter 4 moves, the roll shutter 4 is removed. The system is designed to remove garbage and rainwater. The lower frame 18b of the frame body 18 has a front surface and a lower front part that are continuous arcuate surfaces, and the lower front part of the lower frame 18b, which is an arcuate surface, protrudes downward from the rear part of the lower surface and forms a downward protrusion. 57. In the figure, reference numeral 61 denotes a lower cover, which has an inverted L-shaped connecting piece 58 at its front end, and a wall fixing piece 59 at its rear end. The wall fixing piece 59 is fixed to the wall 8, and the connecting piece 58 is fixed to the rear step surface 60 on the lower surface of the lower frame 18b with screws or the like. Here, a gap 62 is provided between the downward protrusion 57 of the lower frame 18b and the lower cover 61, and the lower frame 18 has an arcuate surface.
Rainwater flowing along the downward protruding part 50 of b is drained by the lowest end of the downward protruding part 57, and the presence of the gap 62 prevents it from flowing toward the lower cover 61 and reaching the wall 8. . As shown in the figure, the lower cover 61 has a downwardly protruding portion 57 with an arcuate surface.
The slope is continuous in appearance. Therefore, when the downward protrusion 57 is made into an arcuate surface and the lower cover 61 is inclined, the prevention of water migration by the gap 62 is more effective. In the figure, 64 is a base plate, 65 is a ceiling board for a bay window, and 66 is a caulking material.

るようにしてもよい。 Next, the opening and closing of the roll shutter 4 in the above structure will be described. The roll 23 is rotationally driven via a one-way clutch 27 by a motor 25 connected to a power supply line.The upper end of the roll shutter 4 is connected to the outer circumference of the roll 23, and the roll shutter 4 is wound around the roll 23. By rotationally driving the roll 23 in the direction by the motor 25, the roll shutter 4 is pulled up while its side end portion is guided by the guide groove member 5. In this way, when rolling up the roll shutter 4 onto the roll 23, the roll shutter 4 is wound around the roll 23 between the pair of slippage prevention plates 31, so the roll shutter 4 is deviated in the axial direction of the roll 23 when the roll shutter 4 is rolled up onto the roll 23. This will prevent it from being wrapped around. In addition, the rotational driving force of the motor 25 is provided by a one-way clutch 27.
The force is transmitted only as a force to rotate the roll 23 in the direction to roll up the roll shutter 4, and is not transmitted as a force to rotate the roll 23 in the direction to unwind the roll shutter 4. When moving, the roll 23 is rotated by the weight of the roll shutter 4 in accordance with the rotation speed of the motor 25 by rotating the motor 25 in the opposite direction to the above. Since the downward movement is not forcibly performed by the motor 25, even if a hand is caught in the lower end of the roll shutter 4, injury is prevented. In the above embodiment, the motor 25 is built into the roll 23 to make it compact, but the motor 25 may be constructed separately from the roll 23 and the motor 25 and the roll 23 may be connected by a belt. good.

As described above, in the present invention, a roll shutter storage section is provided above the rear end of the skylight section, and the roll shutter covering the skylight section and the front window section can be rolled up and stored in the roll shutter storage section. This not only significantly improves daylighting, but also provides a crime prevention effect by covering the skylight and front window with the roll shutter.Furthermore, the bottom of the roll shutter storage area can be covered with the transparent window of the skylight. The light board is located above the upper end of the light plate, and a drainage hole is formed to drain rainwater from the bottom of the roll shutter storage area to the upper outer surface of the transparent part, so that the roll storm door storage area is located at the rear end of the skylight area. Even if it is placed above, rainwater adhering to the roll shutter will flow to the bottom of the roll shutter storage area and drain smoothly from the drainage outlet onto the upper outer surface of the transparent plate of the skylight. This prevents rainwater from accumulating on the bottom of the drain, and a cover fitting that opens to the side is placed on the outside of the drain to cover the drain, so water drained from the drain is prevented from collecting on the bottom of the drain. Water is drained onto the transparent plate from the side of the cover metal fitting, and while there is no problem with drainage, the cover metal fitting can prevent rainwater from blowing into the drain outlet together with the wind from the outside.
