を取付ける取付部が、前記アームにアームとシー
トバツクフレームとを取付ける取付部が夫々形成
され、前記取付部は前後方向に延びる長孔と、該
長孔に取付けられた弾性体とを備え、該弾性体に
ボルト挿通孔が穿設され、前記基板及びアームが
弾性体のボルト挿通孔に夫々挿入されたボルト及
びボルトと夫々螺合するナツトにより前記シート
クツシヨンフレーム及びシートバツクフレームに
取付けられるようになされていることを特徴とす
