(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to reduce the weight and improve the cushioning properties of soles, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 42-8574 and Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 49-87459, the bottom surface of the midsole of a shoe sole consisting of a shoe cover and an insole has been proposed. A method of embedding the porous material in the shoe sole by bonding the porous material to the shoe sole and injection molding the sole to the lower surface of the midsole of the shoe cover is generally known.

However, when the sole is injection molded with vinyl chloride, a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, thermoplastic rubber, liquid polyurethane, etc., porous holes are bonded to the lower surface of the insole by the heat of melting or reaction of the sole molding material. When the body is heated, the bubbles contained in the porous body expand, or when the porous body is a synthetic resin or rubber foam, the foaming agent remaining in the porous body during the molding process is thermally decomposed, etc. Gas is generated from inside the porous body, and this gas loses its escape and concentrates on the adhesive surface between the inner sole and the porous body, and is thermally expanded at this adhesive surface. The disadvantage was that the adhesive peeled off, and in the finished product, the midsole rose above the sole, significantly impairing the comfort of the shoe.

(Means for solving the problems, embodiments) This invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.
In this invention, a porous body 2 with fabrics 21 and 22 bonded to the upper and lower sides is adhered to the lower surface of the insole of a toss cover 1 consisting of a toss cover 11 and an insole 12, and the porous body 2 is attached in advance to the bonding position of the insole. Exhaust holes 121 and 12 passing through the inner sole 12
1 is formed, a shoe sole 3 is injection molded on the lower surface of the shoe cover, and a porous body 2 is embedded in the shoe sole 3.

In this invention, as the porous body 2, a cork board,
Examples include felt, synthetic resin or rubber foam, urethane foam, etc., but shock absorbing materials, i.e.,
If it is made of an elastic material such as rubber or a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, which is foamed and crosslinked by adding a larger amount of adhesive than usual, or an incompletely crosslinked urethane foam, the porous body 2 can be used. Since it can absorb the impact when landing on the ground, it can provide even better comfort.

The position of adhesion to the lower surface of the inner sole of the porous body 2 may be limited to the heel, heel area, etc. on the lower surface of the inner sole 12, or the inner sole may be bonded to the entire lower surface of the inner sole. good. Exhaust hole 12 for midsole 12
The holes 1 and 121 may be made at the same time during the cutting process of the inner sole 12, or may be made with a needle, awl, an awl, etc. after the porous body 2 is adhered to the lower surface of the inner sole 12.

(Effect of the invention) Since this invention is formed as described above,
During injection molding of the sole 3, if the sole molding material is a thermoplastic material such as a copolymer of vinyl chloride ethylene and vinyl acetate or thermoplastic rubber, the sole molding material becomes liquid due to the heat of fusion. In the case of polyurethane, the porous body 2 bonded to the lower surface of the inner sole 12 is heated by the heat of reaction, causing bubbles contained in the porous body 2 to expand or remain in the porous body 2. Even if gas is generated from inside the porous body 2 due to the thermal decomposition of the foaming agent, this gas will not flow through the exhaust holes 121, 121... because the exhaust holes 121, 121, .
121... is easily discharged. Therefore, unlike in the past, the gas that has no place to escape is concentrated on the adhesive surface between the insole and the porous body, and the adhesive between the insole and the porous body is separated by the expansion pressure of the concentrated gas. Therefore, the midsole 12 does not rise above the sole 3, and shoes with good wearing comfort can be provided. Further, since the fabrics 21 and 22 are bonded to the top and bottom of the porous body 2, the porous body 2 is reinforced by the fabrics 21 and 22, and the insole 12 and the shoes to be injection molded are formed by the fabrics 21 and 22. The adhesive strength with the sole 3 is significantly increased.
