(Prior Art) In general, in dyeing and finishing fabrics, fabrics are joined together on a transport cart to form one lot. When the fabric on this trolley is fed to processing equipment, conventionally, the fabric is fed by manually sewing the starting edge of the fabric to be fed next to the ending edge of the fabric that has been set first. Automation has not been considered, despite the complexity of the splicing work, the need for a lot of attention to monitor the ends and the stopping of the running of the fabric, and the risk of danger.

Then, when the joining by the joining device is finished,
The curved rotation arm 14 descends, but at this time, the end of the cloth that is locked to the spike 15 is released from the lock by the fabric pull-up bar 18 that is raised by the air cylinder 17, and the cloth feed device is moved. The fabric is continuously fed to the processing device by feeding the fabric in the forward direction.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is a fabric that is provided to processing equipment, and is processed by automatically joining the end of the fabric that has been set first and the starting edge of the fabric that is to be processed next. A method and device for supplying equipment to the equipment, including splicing using an automatic traveling sewing machine as the main machine, detecting the end of the fabric being processed, grasping the end and transferring it to the splicing position, and the like. Since it consists of a suitable cloth feeder, the conventional complicated fabric splicing work is no longer necessary, making it possible to unattend lot changeover, and making it possible to continuously supply fabric by simply changing the trolley, which saves labor. is large,
Moreover, since the edges of the fabric are widened and sewing is performed reliably in line with the fabric grain, defects such as fabric bending are significantly reduced, contributing to the improvement of fabric supply means, which has been a bottleneck when processing conventional cloth fabrics. By the way, it's a big deal.
