Conventionally, in a belt press, a pair of upper and lower cloths is freely runnable between a large number of arranged rolls, and the sludge, etc., held between the pair of cloths is
The above-mentioned rolls etc. are used to pressurize and dewater, but the pressurizing force that can be applied to the dehydrated material such as sludge is as follows:
There was a limit to the mechanical structure, and there was also a limit to the dewatering rate.

Its structure, as shown in the figure, consists of a pair of upper and lower cloths that are freely runnable between a large number of arranged rolls.
In a belt press configured to pressurize and dehydrate the dehydrated material sandwiched between a pair of cloths, the pair of cloths 1 and 2 holding the dehydrated material K are placed in a pressure zone A.
When passing through, a peeling roll 3 separates the film vertically at least in one place, and a scraper 4 is provided around the peeling roll 3. In the one shown in FIG. 1, the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2 are separated at two points, one of which is a peeling roll 3 that pushes up the upper cloth 1 from its lower surface and separates it.
At other locations, the lower fabric 2 is pressed down by the peeling roll 3.

In the figure, the dehydrated material supplied to the hopper 5 is folded back on top of the upper cloth 1, is pinched with the lower cloth 2, is gradually dehydrated, is compressed under pressure in the pressure zone A, and becomes the dehydrated material K. In this invention, when the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2 holding the dehydrated material K pass through the pressure zone A, the upper and lower cloths 1, 2 are discharged from the left end roll part. Since 2 is separated, the layer thickness and phase of the cake layer can be changed in this part, and high dehydration can be achieved. That is, in this part, the dehydrated material K held between the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2 adheres to and separates from the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2, and the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2 are brought together at the next pressure roll 6 part. When the upper and lower cloths 1 and 2 have traveled different distances, the dehydrated material K adhering to them will coalesce at different phases from when they were separated at the front roll 7, and Of the dehydrated material K that has adhered to the upper cloth 1, that which has adhered to the peeling roll 3 is randomly scraped down onto the lower cloth 2 by the scraper 4, and then the above-mentioned upper and lower parts are scraped down by the next pressure roll 6. cloth 1,
The dehydrated material K is overlapped with the dehydrated material K of No. 2, and as a result, the dehydrated material K is pressurized after the next pressure roll 6 section.
is a stack of three layers with different phases; in other words, a new pressurizing surface is pressurized from a different direction angle, and high dehydration is possible.
In the example shown in the figure, there is one more place at the latter stage to convert the cake pressure phase, and if the cake layer formed at the first pressure roll section is also added, the cake will change at the pressure pressing section. The layer will be transformed six times. As for the dewatering effect by forming cake layers with different phases in this way, by providing this in one place (divided into 3 layers) in the pressure roll group, it is possible to In the case of sludge,
It has been confirmed that it can reduce the moisture content of cake by about 1.5%.

ものである。 As is clear from the above explanation, this invention makes it possible to achieve high dehydration by using a suitable means to release moisture from the cake without applying excessive pressure. , the manufacturing cost is low, and the industrial benefits are significant.
