一の場合には信号圧力とブースタの発生する調整
圧力とは同一となつてつり合う。なお信号圧力は
流量が非常に少ないので小型の圧力調整弁でよ

バランサ用空気圧力調整装置であつて、 弁室部は弁室1とダイヤフラム2と流入弁3と
開放弁体7とを有し、ダイヤフラム2は大気と連
通する開放室aと調整圧力室bを区画するもので
中心に開放孔2aを有し、調整圧力室bは源圧取
入孔3、調整圧力取出孔4、流入弁体3及び開放
弁体7を有し、開放弁体7はダイヤフラム2の開
放孔2aを開閉し、流入弁体5は源圧取入孔3を
開閉するものであり、 調圧バネ部は、第一加圧バネ12と第二加圧バ
ネ20を有し、第一加圧バネ12は前記開放室a
の外側に取付けられたバネ筒9の内部にバネ受皿
10及び弁押棒8とともに収容され該筒内を軸方
向に移動するものであつて、一端に調整ネジ11
を有し、他端がバネ受皿10に当接し、弁押棒8
は一端を前記バネ受皿10の他側に遊嵌状態で当
接し、他端が前記ダイヤフラム2に当接し、バネ
受皿10は外周にピン13を有し、該ピン13は
バネ筒9に設けた前後方向の長孔14を貫通して
筒外に突出しており、 第二加圧バネ20は、第一加圧バネ12の外側
に配設され、第一加圧バネ12と同方向の加圧力
を有し、一端に調整ネジ20′を有し、他端がて
こ21を介して前記弁押棒8のバネ受皿10とダ
イヤフラム2との中間部に当接してダイヤフラム
2を加圧するようになつており、 操作部は、前記バネ筒9に軸方向に移動しない
ように遊嵌されたカム筒15と、該筒を回動させ
るための操作ハンドル19とより成り、筒体に前
記のピン13を誘導する上げカム16、下げカム
17、及び止りカム18が設けられ、上げカム1

対して加圧方向に作用し、下げカム17は反対に
弁押棒8に対して圧力解除方向に作用し、止りカ
ム18は前記ピン13を係止するとともに第一加

The second pressure spring 20 protrudes outside the cylinder through the elongated hole 14 in the front-rear direction, and is disposed outside the first pressure spring 12 to apply a pressure force in the same direction as the first pressure spring 12. It has an adjustment screw 20' at one end, and the other end comes into contact with an intermediate portion between the spring receiver 10 of the valve pusher rod 8 and the diaphragm 2 through a lever 21 to pressurize the diaphragm 2. The operating section includes a cam barrel 15 that is loosely fitted into the spring barrel 9 so as not to move in the axial direction, and an operating handle 19 for rotating the barrel. A raising cam 16, a lowering cam 17, and a stop cam 18 are provided to guide the raising cam 1.
