In a refrigerator in which the interior of an insulating box is divided into a plurality of sections by an insulating partition wall, each of which is provided with an insulating door at its front opening, a bearing section having a vertically protruding support shaft is provided at the front edge of the partition wall. A refrigerator characterized in that a stepped recess of a required depth is formed on one or both of the opposing surfaces of the upper and lower doors that are pivotally supported by the support shaft of the bearing part.
