Claims (1)
この包子用皮体支持台の下側に設けられた包子受
け台、前記包子用皮体支持台上の包子用皮体の中
央部を前記貫通孔から前記包子受け台上に突き降
ろしてカツプ形に成形すると共にその中に具を充
填する昇降シリンダーからなる具充填手段、及び
前記包子受け台上のカツプ形包子用皮体の開口周
辺部を絞つて閉じる絞り手段を備えた包子の製造
装置であつて、更に前記絞り手段と前記包子用皮
体支持台との間に、前記具充填手段によつて突き
降ろされる包子用皮体の周辺部を歯車状に襞付け
する歯車形貫通孔を有する回転体と当該回転体を
回転させる駆動手段とを備えた襞捩じり手段を設
け、かつ前記具充填手段の昇降シリンダーの下端
面に包子用皮体を突き刺す針状突起を設けて成る
