ダンプカーのリアドアの開閉装置に関するもので
ある。出願人は従来昭和56年実用新案登録願第
111640号を初めとして数件のリアドア開閉装置を
提供しているが、本願は極めて簡単な装置で効果
の大なる装置を開発したので改めてここに提供す
るものである。

ダンプ作業が困難となる。このような場合無理を
して積荷をダンプしようとすれば、リアドアの損
傷を招くばかりでなく時には積荷の激突によつて
リアドアを損傷し、又荷重によつて車体前部が逆
立ち状態となり転倒の危険さえ生ずる。特にダン
プ場所が高い道路側である場合車体が道路下に転
落することも稀ではなくこの種の事故の絶えない
のが現状である。従つてこのような車体の損傷や
事故を防止するため予めリアドアを取外してから
ダンプ作業を行うことも暫々であるためダンプ作
業の能率低下という結果を来たしている。

上方回転するからリアドアの開口面積が更にそれ
だけ大となるので大きな荷塊も難なくダンプする
ことができる。回転アーム2が回転上昇するとそ
れにともなつて支持アーム3が矢印16の方向に
支持軸4,7を軸として回転起立し回転アーム2
を支持し、且つその横振れをも防止する。なお、
第2図に示すように第1実施例の支持アーム3を
支持板3′とした場合は支持板3′を荷台17の側
面に接しめている構成としてあるから回転アーム
2とリアドア1は一層安定(横振防止)して上昇
と下降の運動をする。又回転アーム2と支持アー
ム3及び案内板11とで形成された第一実施例に
おける三角状空間18が閉塞されるので、この空
間18からの土砂の漏れや、或はこの空間18え
の土砂ずまりが解消され土砂ずまりによる回転ア
ーム2の上昇或は下降の障害を防止することもで
きる。
