(Prior Art) Generally, in a compactor/container, the container is connected to the compactor, the outlet and outlet of the container are communicated with the extrusion port of the compactor, and the pushing ram of the compactor is advanced into the container through the outlet and outlet of the container. It compresses and pushes waste such as garbage into a container.
In such compactor containers, when separating them, the entrance and exit of the container is closed with a lid plate,
When these are connected, the lid plate is connected to the front of the pushing ram, and a relatively wide gap is usually formed between the container entrance and the lid plate to prevent waste such as garbage from getting caught. has been done.

However, when pushing the waste into the compactor into the container, the upper part of the compactor's extrusion port communicates with the above-mentioned gap formed in the container, and when the pushing ram moves forward, the waste is removed from the hopper of the compactor. There is a tendency to pull out objects, and when the container is separated from the compactor, the contained waste may spill out from the gap, or the clean contained waste may be exposed to the outside, which is unsanitary. Therefore, there was a drawback that smooth attachment and detachment of the cover plate was impossible.

(Problem to be solved by the present invention) However, in the former case, when the container is fully loaded with waste and the waste is stored in the hopper of the compactor, when attempting to separate the container from the compactor, Although the waste corresponding to the projected area of the lower surface of the lift gate is separated and sheared, the waste always accumulates in the space from the front side to the gap in the container, and when the container is separated from the compactor, the container The disadvantage that waste is exposed to the outside through the gaps and spills out remains unsolved.

In addition, in the case of the latter, the shielding plate is always in contact with the waste when the pushing ram is pushed in, so it is easily damaged, and at the same time, when the waste wraps around the front of the shielding plate, it remains lifted upward and the shielding plate is no longer in contact with the waste. There was a problem that it could not fulfill its function.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention connects a compactor and a container together by connecting an extrusion port opened on the front side of the compactor body with an exit port opened on the front wall of the container, and In a compactor/container, a lid plate for blocking an entrance and exit of the container is connected to a pushing ram, and the waste inside the compactor body is pushed into the container by the reciprocating sliding of the lid plate, in which the upper part of the extrusion opening is blocked by the compactor body. A lift gate that can be raised and lowered freely is installed, and on the other hand,
A sub-gate that can be raised and lowered is disposed above the entrance/exit of the container, usually covering the gap, and each of the elevator gate and the sub-gate is provided with a connecting member on one side and an engaged part on the other side. ,
When the compactor and the container are combined together, the sub-gate is integrally connected to the lift gate, and the sub-gate is raised and lowered in conjunction with the lifting and lowering operation of the lift gate.

(Function) Normally, in a compactor, the pushing ram is in a position where it has advanced to the extrusion port, and the lifting gate is lowered. On the other hand, in the case of a container, the entrance/exit is shielded by a lid plate and a sub-gate. In this state, if you connect the container to the compactor,
A cover plate corresponds to the front surface of the pushing ram, and a sub-gate is integrally connected to the elevating gate by a connecting member and an engaged portion. Then, by releasing the binding between the lid plate and the container, retracting the push ram, and further raising the lifting gate, the lid plate is connected to the push ram, while the sub-gate is raised to open the entrance and exit. The reciprocating sliding movement of the pusher ram forces the waste through the port and into the container.

Next, to explain the operation of the embodiment of the present invention, the entrance 23 of the gate 20 of the container Ct is now
In a state where the lid plate 10 is bar-tacked with the bar-tacking rod 25 and the gap C of the entrance/exit 23 is closed with the sub-gate 27 (see solid line in FIG. 1), the container Ct is directed toward the compactor Cp. The compactor Cp and the container Ct are connected together by a lashing device (not shown), and the pushing cylinder 8
is extended and the pushing surface 6 of the pushing ram 5 is moved to the cover plate 10.
, the tips of the lashing claws 13 are fitted into the cover plate 10. Next, when the bar tacking rod 25 is removed, the lashing claw 1
3 engages with the locking piece 15 by its own weight, and the cover plate 10 is separated from the entrance/exit 23 of the container Ct and is secured to the pushing surface 6 of the pushing ram 5 at the same time.

Furthermore, when the cover plate 1 is joined to the pushing surface 6 of the pushing ram 5, the sub-gate 27 is slightly lifted while being guided by the inclined surface 17b of the lifting gate 17 located on the opening/closing plate 7 of the pushing ram 5. The engaged portion 28 is fitted into the connecting member 19 and is integrally connected to the elevator gate 17.

Here, the elevating cylinder 11 is retracted to store the elevating gate 10 and the sub-gate 27 above the pushing passage to form a sufficient gap between the upper surface of the entrance/exit 2 and the pushing ram 5, and then the pushing cylinder 8 is operated to extend and retract. Then, the pushing ram 5 moves forward toward the extrusion port 2, and can be pushed into the container Ct through the extrusion port 2 and the entrance/exit 23 while the cover plate 10 is connected to the pushing surface 6.

When the waste is forced into the container Ct by repeatedly moving the pushing ram 5 back and forth, the pushing ram 5 is stopped immediately after the lift gate 17. Next, when the elevating cylinder 18 is extended and the elevating gate 17 is lowered, its lower end overlaps the front surface 6 of the pushing ram 5, and the edge 17a at the lower end of the elevating gate 17 cooperates with the front surface 6 to form a compactor.
The waste present across the extrusion port 2 of Cp and the port 23 of the container Ct can be sheared and separated back and forth. Next, the lifting gate 17 is slightly raised to position its edge 17a directly above the push ram 5.

Here, when the pushing ram 5 is moved forward, the edge 17a of the lifting gate 17 cooperates with the upper surface 7 of the pushing ram 5 to shear and separate the waste on the pushing ram 5 vertically at the extrusion port 2. Thereafter, even if the pushing ram 5 moves forward, the edge 17a of the lifting gate 17 will compact the separated waste on the pushing ram 5.
At the same time as stopping the waste in the container Ct, the separated waste is pushed into the front surface 6 of the pushing ram 5 into the container Ct.

Finally, move the push ram 5 to the release position of the container Ct.
That is, after the cover plate 10 is stopped at a position that coincides with the entrance/exit 23, if the bar-tacking rod 25 is inserted, the cover body 10 will be closed.

In this case, the extrusion port 2 is completely covered by the pushing ram 5 and the lifting gate 17, and the entrance/exit port 23 is completely covered by the lid 10 and the sub-gate 27, so that
After that, even if the container Ct is separated from the compactor Cp, the waste will not hang down or spill from the extrusion port 2 or the gap C, and the residual waste in the compactor Cp and container Ct will not be visible from the outside. .

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, since the entrance and exit of the container is usually shielded by the sub-gate and the lid plate, the waste is not exposed from the outside or hangs down. Moreover, since the sub-gate of the container is integrally connected to the lift gate on the compactor side and moves up and down, when pushing waste with the pushing ram, the opening area of the entrance and exit is made as large as before, which obstructs the pushing operation. It is something that never happens.
