ボルト9と対応する位置に切欠き部11を設け
る。また上記左右のフラツトベンドのフラツトバ
ー取付面10間に複数本の固定フラツトバー13
のバーエンド部を載置し、アジヤストボルト14
でシリンダー15との隙間ゲージ16を調整し、
固定ボルト17により各固定フラツトバー13を
固定して一体化構造体となした固定フラツトをシ
リンダー15上に配置する。次に左右フラツトベ
ンドの端部に設けた切欠き部11及びブラケツト
のフラツトバー取付け面5に設けた切欠き部31
とを合致させ、フラツトバー取付面の裏面に回動
自在に軸支されたクランプボルト9を回動させて
切欠き部に嵌め込み、クランプボルトの上端に螺
合したクランプナツト18及び該クランプナツト
に回動自在に取り付けたクランプハンドル19に
より簡単に固定フラツトを締付け固定又はゆるめ
取外しができるようなしてローラカード用固定フ
ラツトの着脱機構を構成した。
