多い装置ではこれと同数のVTRテープアドレス
自動検索装置が必要になるため設備をするための
投資金額がぼう大なものとなる欠点があつた。

プアドレス信号を自動検索装置、2,3または4
にわたすための信号ラインである。c1〜c3および
e1〜e4は自動検索装置2,3,4の制御出力を
VTR6〜9に接続するための制御信号ライン群
を示す。gは切替器5を制御するための制御信号
ライン群を示す。図においてCPU1より出力さ
れ、ラインgを介して接続される制御信号により
切替器5が作動し検索装置2の入出力ラインc1
d1はVTR8の入出力ラインe3,f3に接続される。
同様に検索装置3はVTR7に、検索装置4は
VTR6の入出力ラインにそれぞれ接続されたと
する。ここでCPU1よりa1を介して検索装置2
に対しテープの検索すべきアドレスが出力され
る。検索装置2は該検索アドレスを受けてライン
c1から切替器、そしてラインe3を介しVTR8に
対しプレイ制御のための信号を出力する。VTR
8は該プレイ制御信号を受けて、再生を開始しf3
に現在走行中にテープアドレス信号を発生する。
検索装置2は該発生アドレス信号をラインf3、切
替器5、ラインd1を介して受取り、該検索アドレ
ス信号と該発生アドレス信号の比較を行い、差が
ある場合はVTR8に対し最短時間でテープアド
レスを目的とする所に来るよう制御信号を出力す
る。検索装置2はラインf3、切替器5ラインd1
を介し常にVTR8の再生アドレスを監視し、検
索アドレスとの差を演算し、演算結果にもとづく
制御信号をVTR8に対し出力し、最終的に目的
とするアドレスを確認する。ここで検索装置2は
c1,e3を介しVTR8にストツプ信号を出力し、
VTR8に対する制御を完了する。検索装置2は
この完了した結果をラインb1を介してCPU1に
伝える。CPU1に該完了信号を受けてVTR8か
らの出力信号を収録用VTR9の所定のアドレス
の所に記録する。記録が終ると、CPU1は次に
制御を必要とするVTRがある場合はこれを制御
する。また検索装置2の接続が変るときはライン
gを介して切替器5内で接続を切替えて所定の
VTRに対して切替える。検索装置3,4とも検
索装置2と同様の動作を行うものなので説明は省
略する。
