Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、榾木の袋内栽培方法に関するもので
ある。本発明の目的とするところは、種菌接種面
を制限することにより、榾木内の菌糸の方向性を
揃え、菌糸の一団的連続性を高め、充実した子実
体を得ることにある。 従来、この種榾木の袋内栽培方法においては、
合成樹脂製の袋内に適当な長さに切断した原木
を、木口が上下方向になるようにして収納し、前
記袋の開口部に接種口及び通気口を具備する蓋体
を取り付け、殺菌後殖菌して栽培されていた。こ
の場合、種菌は原木の上面木口のみでなく下面木
口にも活着し、従つて活着した菌糸の方向性は
区々となり、またその菌糸の連続性も低く、充実
した子実体を得ることができなかつた。 そこで、本発明者は従来法の前記欠点に鑑み
種々研究を重ねた結果、本発明を完成するに至つ
たのである。 即ち、本発明に係る榾木の袋内栽培方法は、殖
菌処理を施す前に、合成樹脂製の袋1内に収納し
た原木2の上周辺部を前記袋の外側から弾性紐3
をもつて緊縛することを特徴とするものである。 次に、本発明の実施例を図面に基づき詳述す
る。従来の榾木の袋内栽培法におけると同様、ポ
リプロピレンやポリエチレン(シヨーレツクス−
昭和電工株式会社製)等の耐熱性を有する合成樹
脂製の袋1内に適当な長さに切断した原木2を収
納する。複数本の原木を収納する場合には、原木
を平面的に並べてその上面に培地薄層を形成する
必要がある(特公昭57−61372号公報参照)。前記
袋1の開口部には、接種口4及び通気口5を有す
る蓋体Cが箝6を介して取り付けられている。図
中7は栓、8はフイルターを示す。本発明におい
ては、前記袋1内に収納した原木2の上周辺部を
前記袋1の外側から、弾性紐(例えば輪ゴム)3
をもつて緊縛する。このように処理した袋20個
を、常法に従つて殺菌処理を施し、蓋体Cの接種
口4から万年茸の種菌を接種し、菌糸の原木への
蔓延を待つて榾木を得た。この榾木を袋1から取
り出して土中に埋め、万年茸の発茸を待つた。発
茸処理後発茸までの日数、発茸個体総数、発茸個
体総量を調べた結果を第1表に示す。 尚、前記実施例において、弾性紐を用いない点
を除いては、全て同条件にて栽培した場合を比較
