The objective is to provide a highly economical connector that exhibits excellent values that exceed the values of . The mission of the connector is to ensure electrical connection at the branch point and to allow the necessary amount of current to flow safely, and there must be no abnormality such as temperature rise at the connection point.

External force may also be applied, causing vibration. As a result, as shown in FIG. 1, the tightening screw of the connector loosens, the connection electrical resistance at the branch point increases, the connection point generates heat, and in the worst case, the overhead wire may break.

Line up and punch out. Next, bend one end of the metal plate 1 outward with an arc at approximately the radius of the lid fixing pins P and P 2 to form a folded piece 1a, and overlap the ends on a plane parallel to the outer surface of the metal plate 1. The contact surfaces are soldered and bonded using solder or the like. Reference numeral 1b denotes a bent piece by bending the other end of the metal plate 1 inward at approximately 90 degrees. The product thus molded is referred to as a first member A. This metal plate 1 is divided into two metal plates 1 as described later with reference to FIG.
The other end folded pieces 1b of 1 and 1 are arranged facing inwardly, and an inclined plate 70 bent in a U-shape when viewed from the side is fitted between them and fixed with rivets or the like.

Cut along lines 1', 72, and 72'. Further, rivet holes 75, 75', 76, and 76' are made in the center, and the pieces are bent to the same side along parallel bending lines 73 and 74 to form a U-shape. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5A, 5B, and 5C, the upper edges of the upright surfaces bent to form a U-shape become inclined surfaces 71, 71', 72, and 72' of inclined nuts 80 and 80a, which will be described later. to make it slippery. The left and right surfaces 89, 89' of the inclined nut 80 are planes parallel to the longitudinal axis of the main branch connector, and fit into the inner surfaces of the first members A, A. The dimensions of the upper and lower surfaces 87, 87' and 88, 88' of the inclined nuts 80, 80a are both the same as the first one.
The dimensions are such that it fits inside the U-shaped swash plate 70 inside members A and A. The upper surface S83 and the lower surface L84 of the female thread 81 are planes parallel to the central axis of the tightening bolt 48 of this branch connector, and the distance between the center of the horizontal axis and the upper surface S38 is equal to the horizontal axis. The dimension is slightly shorter than the distance from the surface L84 below the center. When the branch electric wire l is a thick electric wire, it is joined to the third member C with the upper surface S83 of the short dimension facing upward, and when the branch electric wire l is a thin electric wire, the lower surface L of the long dimension is connected to the third member C.
48 is faced upward and joined to the third member C. Inclined surfaces 8 carved on the upper and lower sides of the left and right sides of the inclined nut 80
5, 85', 86, 86' are connected to the inclined surfaces 71, 72 of the U-shaped inclined plate 70, so when connecting a large diameter branch wire l to the main distribution line L, the upper surface S83 is joined to the third member C, and the inclined surfaces 85, 85' of the inclined nut 80 are connected to the inclined surfaces 71,
Joins with 72. When connecting a branch wire l with a small diameter to the main line L, the inclined nut 80 is rotated by 180 degrees to join the lower surface L84 to the third member C, so the inclined surfaces 86' and 86 of the inclined nut 80 are inclined. Surface 71,

After installing it by rolling it into an S-shape, insert it into the first member A and place it flat on the two inclined nuts 80, 80a. is inserted between the branch wire L and the distribution main line L (16th

Next, the second member B is closed and the other convex annular portion 27, 2 is closed.
8, 29, 30 and the cut windows 9, 9' of the first member A
Insert the cover fixing pin P 2 into the hole and tighten the tightening bolt 48 with a wrench (Fig. 16 D). Then, among the two inclined nuts 80, 80a, the inclined nut 80 advances inwardly into the first member A due to the rotation of the tightening bolt 48. At this time, the inclined surfaces 85, 8 of the inclined nut 80
5' rests on the inclined surfaces 71 and 72 of the U-shaped inclined plate 70, so as the inclined nut 80 moves inward, it is pushed upward by the inclined surfaces 71 and 72, so that it is directly above the inclined nut 80. Push up the third member C.

げる。 When the inclined nut 80 advances inward, the inclined nut 80a that is not provided with a female thread in its path is a tongue that is pushed out in the direction in which the inclined nut 80 advances.
Since the inclined nut 80a abuts against the sleeve 49 which is engaged with the head 48a, the inclined nut 80a also advances inwardly in the first member A as the tightening bolt 48 advances. Therefore, the inclined nut 80a also moves at the inclined surface 7 of the U-shaped inclined plate 70 at the same speed as the inclined nut 80.
1' and 72', the third member C immediately above them is pushed upward in a horizontal state.

In this way, the power distribution main line L and the branch wire 1 are pushed up by the third member C at two locations across the entire width of the second member B, and a good electrical and mechanical connection is obtained.

等の優れた効果がある。 By having the present invention configured as described above, the first member, the second member, and the third member serve as an outer case, and the first member, the second member, and the third member are accommodated in this outer case-like member so as to be able to slide only in the vertical direction. When the third member is raised, the main power distribution line and the branch electric wire housed between the second member and the third member can be tightened while maintaining parallelism with each other with or without the electric wire damage protection plate, By turning the tightening bolt, the two inclined nuts are moved so that they are simultaneously pushed up by the inclined surface of the inclined plate, and the third member is moved so that each nut gradually pushes up the third member at a uniform speed. As mentioned above, the main line and the branch electric wire are mechanically and firmly stabilized in a wide range over the entire width of the first member by being easily pushed up by the vertical upward force which is a component of the rotational force of the tightening bolt without tilting. A good electrical connection can be made. Moreover, even after years of use, the load due to wind pressure, vibration, etc. is not applied in the direction of rotation of the tightening bolt, so there is no need to worry about natural loosening. The reason is,
This is because the surfaces of the inclined nut and the inclined surface of the inclined plate of the first member are in close contact with each other and are constantly under pressure. In addition, since the soft synthetic resin nut is interposed between the two inclined nuts, the outer diameter of each inclined nut fits into the inside of the first member, and the outer diameter of the soft synthetic resin nut is larger than the outer diameter of the tightening bolt. Because the inner diameter of the connector is made slightly smaller, the inclined nut will not move or loosen even if the connector is subjected to vibration, and by changing the position of the inclined nut upside down, the distance between the third member and the wire can be reduced when tightening the wire. Since it can be adjusted to match the outer diameter of the electric wire, it has excellent effects such as facilitating the work of connecting electric wires and being highly versatile in connecting electric wires.
