Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture a hollow resin product at low cost by forming a flexible, hollow core to form the inner surface of a product, filling and polymerizing a resign monomer and then releasing the same. CONSTITUTION:A core 2 forming the inner surface of a hollow resin product is formed in a hollow shape with an elastic material such as a rubber or resin elastomer or the like, and retains a given shape by filling fluid inside, but it shrinks when the content is discharged. A film constituted of Teflon or silicon resin is preferred to be provided on the inner surface of the core 2. A material kneaded with a resin monomer and a catalyst in filled in a space 5 formed with a main mold 1 and the core 2. A product 12 is released together with the core 2 from the main mold 1 after being solidified, and then the fluid in the core 2 is discharged. As the core 2 shrinks, the product 12 can be easily released.
