水中にチーズを自転させて前記の問題点を解決す

を遠心力によつて前傾姿勢にさせる手段を設けた

可能に保持されている。該摺動体10は、チーズ
保持腕6の上面に係合摺動する係合面8aと前記
長孔7に遊嵌する案内部8bを夫々下面に形成し
た上片8と、チーズ保持腕6の下面に係合摺動す
る係合面9aと前記長孔7に遊嵌する案内部9b
を夫々上面に形成した下片9とにより成り、これ
らを、チーズ保持腕6を挟むようにボルト及びナ
ツト11により連結することにより、該摺動体1
0が長孔7に沿つて移動できるようにチーズ保持
腕6に取り付けられる。また、下片9の係合面9
aは、チーズ保持腕6の基部側が下降するテーパ
面に形成され、下片9と上片8よりなる摺動体1

するようになつている。12は前記下片9の後方
下部とチーズ保持腕6の基部との間に架設した復
帰用スプリングである。13は前記摺動体10に
設けた前部ボルト11の上部を延長してなる支持
軸で、これにチーズホルダ14が回動自在に遊嵌
されている。該チーズホルダ14の外周には、チ
ーズ15のボビン16を嵌着してチーズ15が装
着される。前記脱水槽回転軸3とチーズ保持体の
回転軸5は共に駆動モータ17により同一方向に
回転され、また、脱水槽回転軸3は伝達歯車1
8,19及びベルト20により伝達され、チーズ
保持体の回転軸5は伝達歯車21,22及びベル
ト23により伝達されるようになつている。更

数に差を生ずるように、その減速比が設定されて

の先方へ移動し、そのチーズ15の外周面は脱水
槽2の内面に接触する。このとき、チーズ15が
図示の如くテーパチーズであると、摺動体10
は、テーパ状の係合面9aがチーズ保持腕6の下
面に当接するまで後部が上動し、そのテーパチー
ズは前傾姿勢となり、そのチーズ15の外周の上
下全長が脱水槽2の内面に接触する。尚、係合面
9aの当接により、チーズ15は脱水槽2へ過渡
に圧接されない。このチーズ15の公転により、
そのチーズ15内の水分は遠心脱水される。ま
た、脱水槽2の回転数とチーズ15の公転数に差
を有することにより、チーズ15は自転を起こ
す。このようにチーズ15が公転と自転を起こす
と、そのチーズ15の各部分に対する遠心力作用
方向は順次変化し、各部分には、圧縮力と引張力
