以下、図面を参照して本発明の一実施例を具体
的に説明する。 第1図において、符号1は乗用型田植機の走行
車体であり、この走行車体1の後方にリフト機構
2を介して植付作業機3が連結されている。植付

地滑走するフロート5が装着され、第2図にも示
すように、機体4の上方には前傾した苗載台6が
左右方向に一定の範囲で往復動するように設けら
れ、この苗載台6の下端部には複数の植込杆7が
対設されており、これらの植込杆7と苗載台6と
が関連作動し、苗載台6に載せた苗が1株ずつ切
取られて圃場に植付けられるようになつている。
さらに、機体4には苗送り機構8が設けられ、こ
の苗送り機構8は、苗送りアーム9の回動により
ラチエツト機構を介して苗送りローラ10が回動
され、苗載せ6が左右の移動端に至つたとき苗載
台6に載せた苗を下方へ送り出すようにされてい
る。なお、以上の構成は、従来普通に用いられて
いる乗用型田植機と同様の構成である。 前記苗載台6は、仕切板によつて植込杆7と対
応する複数の部分に縦方向に仕切られ、仕切られ
たそれぞれの部分に苗載台6に載せた苗の減少を
感知してオン作動する感知スイツチ11が設けら
れ、苗載台6背面の左右方向の適所に位置指示ス
イツチ12が設けられ、この位置指示スイツチ1
2は、苗送り機構8の苗送りアーム9が上方に移
動した時にこれによつてオン作動し、苗送りアー
ム9が図示しないばねで戻されるとオフするよう
にされている。 また、第1図に示すように、走行車体1に設け
た座席13は、左右方向にそれぞれ90゜以上水平
に回動可動にするようにしてある。前記座席13
の両側方には予備苗載台(図示せず)を着脱可能
に設置する部材14が配設されている。 さらに、第3図に示すように、走行車体に搭載
されたバツテリ15に田植機のホーン16、前記
位置指示スイツチ12、および並列に設けた前記
感知スイツチ11群が直列に接続されて接地さ
れ、ホーン16には前記位置指示スイツチ12な
どと並列にホーンスイツチ17が接続されてい
る。 以上のように構成された実施例のものは、田植
機の植付作業中は、苗載台6の左右方向移動と、
苗送りアーム9の作動とにより、苗載台6が左右

としない状態では、全部の感知スイツチ9がオフ

向の移動範囲のほぼ中央部に停止させ、座席13
から予備苗を補給する。この場合に、座席13を
所望の角度だけ水平回動させると、作業者が座席
13に座つたままで容易に苗を補給できる。苗の
補給後に、田植機の走行と植付作業を開始する
と、再び前述した植付作業中の作動を繰返すこと
になる。 なお、本発明において、前述の実施例では警報
手段として田植機のホーンを利用したが、これと
は別のブザーなどを警報手段として用いてもよ
い。 また、本発明は苗載台が座席の前方に位置する
乗用型田植機、および機体の後方または前方に苗
載台のある歩行型田植機にも適用できる。
