Special molds are used to mold each block with different dimensions. However, when the block becomes large,
Since the cost of formwork is high and small blocks are not manufactured in large quantities, a formwork is required that allows blocks of various sizes to be formed using a single formwork. This type of dimensionally variable formwork is divided into a side forming frame and a bottom forming frame, and by replacing the bottom forming frame, it is possible to mold blocks of equal height and different width dimensions. A molded formwork is provided. However, a formwork in which both height and width are variable is not generally known. This is because the wall thickness of the U-shaped groove block needs to be changed according to its height, and if it were to be possible to change the height and wall thickness along with the width, the structure of the formwork would become extremely complicated. .

However, with this structure, it is necessary to replace the bottom molding frame of the mold body and also replace the central member of the end plate each time the dimensions of the block to be molded change, making the work complicated.

During molding, it is necessary to lift the molded product to a height that exceeds the end plate, but if this structure is applied to a large formwork, the lifting height of the molded product during demolding becomes large, and the ceiling of the building is raised. There is a problem that demolding cannot be done due to the height. Of course, if the bottom of the end plate is pivoted to the base to open and close, it is possible to remove the mold with a small lifting height by opening the end plate until it becomes horizontal, but it is possible to remove the mold with a small lifting height by rotating the large end plate up and down. Therefore, there is a problem in that a great deal of effort is required to open and close the end plate, and there is also a risk of an accident due to the end plate falling down.

The adjustment frame 16 can be interposed between the outer plate 7 and the inner plate 8 by providing the adjustment frame movable in the direction of the adjustment, and by changing the height and width of the adjustment frame, the height of the formed block can be adjusted. and wall thickness can be changed. Furthermore, since the bottom end plate 6 serving as the end plate of the central part is attached to the bottom forming frame 4, when the bottom forming frame 4 is replaced, the width of the end plate can be changed at the same time, and the setup when changing the dimensions of the block can be done in a short time. Furthermore, when opening and closing the mold, the side end plate 5, which is long in the height direction, is separated from the bottom end plate 6 and opened and closed around the vertical shaft 22, so even if the end plate is heavy, opening and closing operations are easy, and the side end plate 5 can be moved 90 degrees. By opening the molded product 30 with a small lift height, the molded product 30 can be demolded (see FIG. 7).

After opening the side end plate 5 by 90 degrees around the vertical axis 22 from the mold clamping state shown in FIG. 3, the bottom end plate 6 is moved in parallel along the guide pin 24 to bring the mold into the open state shown in FIG.
The amount of movement of the bottom end plate 6 is limited by the gap S between the end 29 of the open side end plate, but the height of the bottom end plate 6 is low, and the clearance required for demolding is small. That's fine, so this shouldn't be a problem. The position of the bottom end plate 6 during mold clamping in FIG. 3 is determined by the end plate 6 coming into contact with the bottom plate 18 and the stopper 25 of the guide pin 24 coming into contact with the bracket 23.

The mold can be removed by lifting the mold and moving it directly toward the end plate. Therefore, the lifting height of the molded product during demolding can be reduced, which not only makes demolding easier, but also allows large blocks to be molded even in buildings with low ceilings.

In the figure, 32 and 33 are reinforcing plates for the bottom plate 18 and the bottom end plate 6, and the bracket 23 is fixed to the reinforcing plate 32. In this embodiment, the bottom end plate 6 and the bottom plate 18 of the bottom forming frame are integrally connected by a connecting portion 34, and the handle 27
When the bottom end plate 6 is pulled or pushed by rotating the bottom end plate 6, the bottom end plate 6 is opened and closed due to elastic deflection of the plate material of the connecting portion 34. Further, the handle 27 is attached so that the bottom end plate 6 is in the closed position when the hub 28 comes into contact with the bracket 23.

A formwork for forming a groove block can be obtained, and since the bottom end plate, which is the middle part of the end plate, is attached to the bottom forming frame, it is easy to disassemble the formwork when changing the dimensions of the block.
It is easy to assemble, and the side end plates are opened and closed by rotating around the vertical axis, so opening and closing the end plates does not require any effort and the work is safe, and even large blocks can be easily opened and closed with a small lift. A formwork that can be demolded can be obtained.
