Alternatively, there was a problem in that the tiles would peel off from the substrate surface due to vibrations, deformation, etc. when opening and closing a door attached to an opening, and so tiles pasted on doors have not been put to practical use.

It exists in doors that are characterized by being objects.

It is necessary that the shear stress is 0.08 or more and the shear stress is 0.05Kg/cm 2 or more. If the shear strain at the elastic limit is too small, it will not be possible to follow the deformation and vibration of the door 1, and if the shear stress is too small, the tiles 4 will not exhibit sufficient holding strength. Suitable materials for the elastic member 3 include, for example, a rubber sheet such as butyl rubber, a soft synthetic resin sheet such as soft vinyl chloride, a flexible synthetic resin foam sheet, an asphalt sheet, or a thiocol epoxy adhesive; Examples include adhesives having elasticity such as urethane adhesives and acrylic adhesives, and butyl rubber sheets are particularly preferred because they have excellent waterproof properties. Note that a reinforcing material such as a wire mesh or a fiber net may be embedded inside the elastic member 3 or may be laminated on the surface thereof.

As shown in the figure, adhesives 5 and 6 may be used separately. The adhesives 5 and 6 may be any adhesive as long as it has adhesive strength and durability, such as reactive adhesives such as epoxy adhesives and urethane adhesives;
A chloroprene rubber adhesive or the like can be suitably used.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the joint width is made as narrow as possible, preferably 2 mm or less, and the cutout strips 41 are cut to form a cut surface 411 or a cut surface 412 on the periphery of the surface of the tile 4. It is preferable to provide By not filling the joints between the tiles 4 and 4 in this way, the complicated work of filling the joints can be omitted and the tiling process becomes very simple, and the transmission of vibrations applied to the door 1 is also difficult to be transmitted to the tiles 4. Furthermore, by narrowing the joint between the tiles 4, 4, the joint will not be clogged with dirt. Furthermore, if the cutout strip 41 is provided on the periphery of the tile 4 as described above, the cutout strip 41 will be removed when the tiles 4, 4... are pasted.
This gives the appearance of having joints. Also, tiles 4, 4...
When filling the joints between the doors, it is preferable to use an elastic material having elasticity, such as silicone caulking material, as the joint material because it can absorb and buffer vibrations applied to the door 1.

1 An airtight member that is hinged to the door frame so that the door body can be opened and closed so that it is positioned within the opening of the door frame in the closed state, and that is crimped to the door frame of the door frame on the indoor side of the door body when the door body is in the closed state. In an airtight door equipped with a pulling device that pulls the door toward the indoor side in the closed state, the upper surface of the lower frame of the door frame is lower than the lower end of the door over the entire width, and On the upper surface of the frame, a crimping stepped surface is provided over almost the entire length of the frame, in the vicinity of which faces the indoor end of the door body in the closed state, the indoor side part is higher than the outdoor side part, and rises by a predetermined amount, and the lower end of the door body At the indoor end of the door body, there is an airtight member that protrudes downward from the upper end of the crimp step surface and is formed wide so as not to easily bend in the direction of the indoor/outdoor direction, so that its indoor side surface is continuous with the indoor side surface of the door body. A lower part airtight structure of an airtight door, characterized in that the airtight member is provided over the entire length, and has a crimping surface formed on the lower surface of the airtight member to be crimped to the crimping step surface when the door body is closed or drawn. 2. The lower part airtight structure of the airtight door according to claim 1, wherein the rising amount of the crimp step surface is about 3 mm to 15 mm.
