側壁に直接貫通支持したものは見られない。 For example, heater systems in toaster ovens include a sheathed heater system and a ceramic pipe system. Some types of sheathed heaters do not use pottery pipes and are supported directly through the walls on both sides of the roasting chamber. There are no cases where the heater is supported directly through the side wall of the roasting chamber without going through the heater pottery.

つた。 In the conventional ceramic pipe system, as shown in FIG. 1, a pipe 22 into which a coil-shaped heater 21 is inserted is inserted and supported through ceramics 23 into left and right side walls 36 inside the refrigerator which have claws 40. In this method, the terminal 24 was fixed by welding or the like, and then connected to the lead wire 25 with screws, but this method had the disadvantage that there were a large number of parts, complicated assembly, and high cost. As shown in the figure, the drop impact caused the pottery 23 to tilt and the support point of the pipe 22 to change, and excessive force was applied to the corners of the pottery 23, making it easy for the pipe to crack.

ているものである。 In FIG. 3, 1 is a coiled heater, 2 is a pipe made of an insulating material, 6 is a side wall constituting a roasting chamber 10 having a support hole 8 for penetrating support of the pipe 2, and 7 is a heater 1. It is an electrically connected conductor, and although a plate material is used here, a wire material may also be used. The conductor 7 is partially fixed to the side wall 6 of the roasting chamber through an insulating material, and is capable of contacting a part of the end surface of the pipe 2 on the other hand, so that the position of the heater 1 and the pipe 2 can be viewed from both sides of the roasting chamber 10. This prevents it from slipping or coming off.

るものである。 As is clear from the above description, the heater support device of the present invention has a small number of parts, is easy to assemble, and can support a heater at low cost. Since there is no inclination, no undue force is generated on the pipe, and the support position remains constant, ensuring reliable support. In addition, the conductor restricts the outward movement of the pipe and heater, and prevents external impact. The force is also alleviated by the deflection of the conductor, and since the heater unit's own weight is small since it does not contain ceramics, the drop impact force is small and the possibility of pipe cracking is extremely small, so its practical value is great. It is.
