前記表面板1の周縁部1aを断熱板2及び裏面板
3を抱持するように折成してなるパネル基板B
を、前記Vカツト部を基準として所望角度折曲げ

面板3の裏面に折返すことによつて、表面板1で
断熱板2及び裏面板3を抱持する。このようにし
てパネル基板Bが形成される。パネル基板Bを前
記Vカツト部4を基準として所望角度折曲げるこ
とによつて隅部用パネルとなす。裏面板3が金属
板であるとその折曲げ部分3aは断熱板3のVカ
ツト部4内に折込まれる。パネル基板Bを所望角
度折曲げて隅部用パネルとなすが、この折曲げ部
の裏面側(つまり裏面板3の折曲げ部)をジヨイ
ナー等(図外)によつて固定するとより強度の大
なる隅部用パネルとなすことができる。裏面板3
にハードボード等を用いていると、その折曲げ部
は切取つておかなくてはならない。そしてその切
取り部はパネル基板Bを折曲げた後ジヨイナー等
によつて閉塞しておくとよい。図面では折曲げ部
を2箇所形成した実施例を示しているが、1箇所
でもよく、また3箇所以上の折曲げ部を有する隅
