Although this technique is known from publications such as JP-A-48-32662 and JP-A-53-78629, the adhesive strength is not perfect because the particles are bonded with an adhesive. This has the disadvantage that peeling occurs or wear occurs due to long-term use, reducing the anti-slip effect and shortening the service life.

The invention related to application No. 62739 forms grooves on the surface of the tile body made of ceramic clay such as feldspar, silica, clay, etc.
It is made by dispersing coarse particles of a hard material such as pottery stone and fixing them together by firing under pressure. In this design, the coarse particles of the hard material caused damage to manufacturing equipment such as molds and kneading machines during tile manufacturing. There is a risk that
Furthermore, if the particles are coarse, there is a possibility that the particles may expand after firing with respect to the tile body, resulting in a rough finish. Furthermore, in this invention, coarse particles of hard material are dispersed and fixed only to the surface of the tile body by pressure firing, so the coarse particles may peel off from the tile body, or the coarse particles on the surface may become hard due to long-term use. A fatal drawback was that the non-slip effect was reduced or eliminated due to wear. As a result, the non-slip tile had a short lifespan, making it unsuitable for long-term use. Another drawback was that it was extremely dangerous due to the coarse particles.

極めて安全なタイルとして提供できる。 As described above, in the present invention, the fine particles 3 made of a hard material are dispersed and fired almost uniformly throughout the tile body 1 to form the tile, so even if the surface particles are worn out by long-term use, the particles will remain intact throughout the tile body 1. Since the particles are dispersed, particles appear on the surface one after another, maintaining the non-slip effect. As a result, a completely new effect with sufficient durability to withstand long-term use was achieved. Furthermore, since the particles are fine particles, they are not dangerous and can be provided as extremely safe tiles.

格別すぐれた利点がある。 As mentioned above, the present invention is made by dispersing and firing fine particles of hard materials such as silicon carbide, crystalline alumina, and ceramic stone throughout the tile body, resulting in significantly increased strength and long-term durability compared to conventional tiles. The use of tile has a particularly remarkable effect in that even when the surface of the tile is worn, particles are always exposed on the surface and the non-slip effect is not diminished. As a result, it is possible to maintain a long service life without impairing the non-slip function, and there is a great practical benefit in that it is possible to provide a non-slip tile that has excellent durability and does not peel off during long-term use. Furthermore, in the present invention, since fine particles are used, the stirrer, mold, etc. are not damaged during the manufacturing process of kneading the fine particles and the ceramic clay.
There is a practical benefit in providing safe tiles without the dangers of tiles. In particular, even if the surface of the tile body is partially abraded, the fine particles are dispersed throughout the tile body, so the non-slip effect does not deteriorate, which is an exceptional advantage.
