体現象(心電図、心内圧など)の多素子記憶装
置、X線テレビ装置などである。これら多くの機
器がすべて間違いなくセツト出来たかを正しく確
認することは、誤操作や機器の破損を防止するた
めに非常に重要なことである。これらのセツト状
況を表示盤上に表示する従来の安全確認表示盤は
パネル面に描かれた各機器図形内にそれぞれパイ
ロツトランプが設けられ、その機器が準備完了の
とき、機器内のたとえばマイクロスイツチやその
他の検出素子によつて上記パネル面内のその機器
図形内のランプが点灯するという簡単なものであ
つた。このパネル面の描線図形は当初のレイアウ
ト時のものであり、使用機器の移動や他機器への
変更に対応して容易に変更しえないために、上記
循環器系診断室などのように使用機器の移動や変
更の多いばあいにはそれに即応して追従し得ず、
すぐに使用できなくなるか、または使用しても誤

演算変換して前記診断撮影系の始動の可否を判断
し、可能の時点で前記制御系の封止解除信号を発
する演算処理・信号発信手段と、前記記憶されて
いる各機器の配置・操作系統ならびにそれらの撮
影準備完了状態をCRT画面に図形表示するとと
もに同画面に前記診断撮影系の始動可能を表示す
る出力手段とを設けたことを特徴とする医用診断

表示装置を循環器X線診断撮影系に適用した構成

容量X線制御装置1は、X線管装置2,3の管電
圧、管電流、撮影時間などの撮影条件を制御す
る。図中2L,3L,4L,10Lはそれら高圧
制御線を示す。X線管装置2は被写体Mの側方向
撮影するもので同じくX線管装置3はX線管装置
4とともに被写体M正面方向から立体撮影するも
のである。上記X線管4は今1台のX線制御装置
5にて制御される。上記2,3,4のX線管装置
からのX線透視像はフイルムチエンジヤプログラ
ムセレクタ6にて制御されるフイルムチエンジヤ
7,8によつて毎秒6枚あるいはそれ以上の高速
で数十枚のフイルムに撮影される。心血管やリン
パ管などあらゆる脈管造影に用いられる造影剤注
入装置9も上記プログラムセレクタ6と連動し、
適切なタイミングによつて造影剤を注入する。一
方X線制御装置5によつて制御されるX線管装置
10により得られる透視像はイメージ管11にて
可視光像に変換されシネカメラ12によつてたと
えば最高200コマ/毎秒の録画がされる。以上が
循環器X線診断撮影系の構成の1例であり、この
発明の要部は点線21の枠内の各ブロツクの構成
である。レイアウト記憶部22は上記1〜12の
各機器の配置ならびにその操作系統を記憶するた
とえば書換え可能型半導体メモリであり、操作卓
23によつて上記機器のレイアウト変更に際して
は容易にその記憶内容を変更しうるものである。
コンピユータ24には各機器の撮影準備完了信号
が第1図の1本線の信号ラインによつて入力され
るように構成されているが、詳細な説明は後述す
る。このコンピユータ24の出力装置として図形
表示式CRTデイスプレイ25が設けられている。
第2図はこのCRT25の画面にまず上記各機器
1〜12の配列がそれぞれの特徴を示す図形で表
示されたときのものであり、各機器の操作系統は
末だ表示されない。つぎにX線制御器A1におい
て術者が行う管電圧、管電流、時間などの撮影条
件が設定完了し、つぎに同じく術者が行うX線管
装置2の保持器(図示せず)による位置決め、お
よび大小焦点の選択などが完了すれば上記1と2
との制御線2Lが画面に表示され、同時に2の図
形の近辺に(OK)の文字が表示される。(第3
図参照)、またフイルムチエンジヤ7,8にマガ
ジンが術者によつて充填され、かつそれらのプロ
グラムセレクタ6に所定のプログラムを設定完了
すれば7,8と6の間の制御線7L,8Lが表示
され同時に7,8のそばに(OK)の文字が表示
される。このようにして各機器の撮影前提準備条
件および準備状態が完了するたびに各機器から上
記コンピユータ24に入力され、記憶されている
制御操作系統をCRT25画面に表示する。第3
図はそれらすべての機器が準備完了したときの
CRT25画面であり、コンピユータ24はこの
準備完了状況を判断し、撮影可能と判断すればX
線制御装置A,B,1,5ならびにフイルムチエ
ンジヤプログラムセレクタ6に対し、そのインタ
ーロツク(たとえばリレーを用いた機能封止回
路)を解除する信号を発する。同時にX線管装置
2,3,4,10から点線2X,3X,4X,1
0XのX線ビーム方向の表示をし、術者にX線曝
射可能を可視的に示す。このようにコンピユータ
24が準備完了を確認してインターロツクを解除
しない限り術者はX線曝射スイツチを押してもX
線は曝射されないため誤操作や機器の破損は完全
に防止される。再び第2図にもどつて今被写体正
面撮影用X線管装置3,4を側面方向撮影用に移
動させるばあい、すなわちX線管装置2を2′の
位置に後退させ、その位置にX線管装置4を移動
させ、同時に3のX線管装置を3′の位置に保持
器(図示せず)を操作して移したとき、それらの
保持器からの信号がコンピユータ24に入力し、
CRT25の画面は自動的に2,3,4の変更配
置を表示する。さらにX線管装置3′にはX線制
御装置1から制御線3Lが接続され4′にはX線
制御装置5からの制御線4Lがつながり以后の作
