The fabric assembly is placed in one mold of a preheated injection mold, the plate is softened and brought into close contact with the mold, and the mold is closed together with the other mold, filling the void in both molds. It is made by press-fitting molten synthetic resin and hardening and molding it.

As shown in FIG. 2, a fabric assembly 7 is assembled by fixing a closed-loop plate 6 made of a thermoplastic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride to the peripheral end 4a of the fabrics 4 using a high-frequency welder or the like.
and one mold 8 of the injection mold is heated to, for example, 50 to 70°C.
When the plate 6 of the fabric assembly 7 is brought into contact with the closed loop recess 8a of the one mold 8 and pushed, the protruding surface 6 of the plate 6 is pressed.
a and tongue piece 6b are heated and softened, and one mold 8
It comes into close contact with the concave portion 8a and the general surface 8b, resulting in a complete seal. Next, one mold 8 is closed together with the other mold 9 of the injection mold, and the cavity 10 in both molds 8 and 9 is closed.
When the molten synthetic resin 11 is press-fitted, the plate 6 and one mold 8 are in close contact with each other, so the molten synthetic resin 1
1 does not fit between the fabrics 4 and one mold 8, and the fabrics 4 are exposed on a part of the surface of the molded synthetic resin plate 12, and as described above, the synthetic resin parts 2, 3 and fabrics 4
The door trim 1 has a design that looks like it is divided into two parts.
尚、前記プレート6及び凹部8aについては、

The cross-sectional shape may not be trapezoidal as shown in FIG. 3, but may be flat, and the inner surface of one mold 8 may be flat.

There is no need for any elastic sheet, and since the plate surrounding the skin body (the fabrics of the present invention) is brought into close contact with one mold within the mold, the molten synthetic resin does not flow in, and the fabric does not flow onto the surface of the synthetic resin plate. Since it is provided on the side, manufacturing costs can be significantly reduced, and fabrics can be provided on only a portion of a large resin molded product (equipment part), which has remarkable effects.
