ー、案内軸、2組のコイル成形機等を必要とする
ため、全体として装置が非常に複雑になり、成形
軸等の製作や修理が極めて厄介となる欠点があつ
た。

埋装した蛇腹ホースの製法に係り、周面に多条の
平行した螺旋溝を刻設し片持状態に支持したマン
ドレルの面上にホース内壁形成用のテープを螺旋
状に捲回した後、複数本の補強線材を一組のコイ
ル成形装置に同時に供給して成形した複数本のコ
イルを上記テープの上から上記マンドレルの螺旋
溝に誘導し、上記テープとともに螺旋状に回転前
進させ、次いで上記コイルの上からホース外壁形
成用のテープを螺旋状に捲回してホースを成形
し、この成形されたホースを外周に捲回した無端
ベルトにより螺旋状に回転させながら前進させ、
マンドレルの先端より送り出すようにしたことを
特徴とするものである。
