ともに下部内端に回動自在に軸設した補助ローラ

の載置台と、上記支持台の周縁に沿つて略矩形に
走行自在に枢支された移動枠と、該移動枠上端に
固設した縫製装置と、該縫製装置と一体的になり
上記載置台上に位置するとともに回動自在に軸着
した裁頭略半円形の押し込みローラおよび上記移
動枠の内端にモータとクラツチ機構を介して回転
駆動連結してなるとともに上記押し込みローラと
対向位置に軸設する押圧ローラとから構成され、
上記載置台に横載平置したマツトレスのテープエ
ツジの縫製に際し、該マツトレス縁部の下縁を上
記押圧ローラによつて押し潰すと同時に対向する
押し込みローラによつて押圧潰部の外皮材をマツ
トレスのテープエツジ方向に引き出し、該部位を
上記縫製装置の針元に順次送り込むようにしてテ
ープエツジを縫製することを特徴とするマツトレ
スのテープエツジ縫製装置。 2 上記押圧ローラから延びるシヤフトの一端が
上記載置台の周縁に沿設したガイドレールに対し
走行自在に係合するとともに、該シヤフトを移動
枠に対してリンク機構等の平行昇降枠体に枢設
し、該押圧ローラが載置台の昇降に伴なつて自動
的に昇降するように構成してなる被縫製マツトレ
スの縫製部位位置決め装置を具備することを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載のマツトレスの
テープエツジ縫製装置。 3 上記押し込みローラの枢軸が載置台の縁部に
向つて昇降自在になるとともに、該押し込みロー
ラの回転方向が上記移動枠の走行方向に対し傾倒
調節自在になる押し込み角度調整機構を介して枢
着され、テープエツジ部の引出量が調節自在にな
ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
