The conventional method of constructing tanks and silos using steel plates is
Temporary scaffolding was being erected one by one from the bottom to the top,
The method used was to use a crane to stack the grain shells upwards in the first and second tiers, creating a tower-like structure for storage. However, in recent years, a method called the so-called jack-up method has been frequently used to reduce work at heights, reduce the number of times heavy machinery such as cranes is used, and simplify the installation of temporary scaffolding. This method will be explained below.

Place multiple jacks in a ring shape on the foundation,
Either a jig for forming a predetermined cylindrical shape is attached to the jack, or the jig is separately fixed on the foundation. A plurality of steel plates pre-formed in an arc shape are arranged on the outside along this jig, and the vertical joints of each steel plate are welded together.
Form into a cylindrical first layer of grain. Steel plates formed into an arc shape are not necessarily exactly circular arcs, so when welding vertical joints, tighten them from the outer periphery using wedges or bolts.
It is forcibly aligned with the jig inside the steel plate and then welded and joined. A bracket is usually fixed to the inside of the formed first-tier grain shell, and this bracket is pushed up with a jack to push up the first-tier grain shell to a position slightly higher than the height thereof. Further, a plurality of jigs are fixed to the inner lower part of the first stage grain shell, and the lower parts of the jigs are arranged to look below the lower end of the first stage grain shell. Next, the arc-shaped steel plates that will become the second-tier grain shell are arranged on the foundation, with the upper part attached to the jig attached to the first-tier grain shell, and the lower part attached to the jig fixed on the foundation. At the same time, in the same way as the first tier of grain shells, they are tightened from the outside and the longitudinal joints are welded together to form the second tier of grain shells. Next, the first stage grain shell and the second stage grain shell are welded and joined to form an integral body. Thereafter, the tower-shaped structure is constructed by repeating the steps described above.

However, in the conventional example described above, for example, when forming the second tier of grain shells, a jig is fixed inside the first tier of grain shells above it.
This and the jig fixed to the foundation create an accurate cylindrical shape, but the jig fixed to the inside of the shell has to be removed and reattached each time a layer of shell is formed. The problem was that this required a lot of manpower and time.

In the present invention, a jig is fixed along a set line on a foundation surface, steel plates formed in an arc shape are arranged along the jig, and these are joined to each other to form a cylindrical first stage. After raising the first tier of grain shells to a predetermined height with a jack, forming a second tier of grain shells under the first tier of grain shells by the method described above,
The grains in the first and second stages are joined together, and the above steps are repeated thereafter. In the method of constructing a tank silo, the first tier of cylindrical grain shells is jacked up to a height lower than that of the first tier, and then the steel plate forming the second tier of grain shells is attached, the upper part of which is the same as the second tier. 1
The outer periphery of the grain shells in each tier is overlapped, and the lower part thereof is arranged along a jig fixed on the foundation surface. Next, the vertical joints of each steel plate are sequentially welded, and the last vertical joint is The outer circumference of the shell of the second tier is not welded, and the outer circumference of the shell of the second tier is tightened appropriately, and the lower end of the shell of the first tier is slightly higher than the upper end of the shell of the second tier. After jacking up the grain shells in the tiers and aligning them, weld the unwelded vertical joints of the grain shells in the second tier, and then weld and join the grain shells in the 1st tier and the grains in the 2nd tier. The method is characterized in that the above-described steps are successively repeated thereafter.

FIGS. 1 and 3 show a state in which the first tier of grain shell 2 is formed and is pushed up by the jack 5 to form the second tier of grain shell 3.
In this figure, a plurality of jigs 4 are fixed on a foundation 1 along a predetermined outer diameter line of the silo, and a plurality of jacks 5 are arranged in a ring shape on the inner circumferential side of the silo. When the first stage of grain shell 2 is formed, a bracket 8 is fixed to the inner peripheral side thereof, and this bracket 8 is pushed by the jack 5 to push up the first stage of grain shell 2. At this time, the height to be pushed up is 30~30cm higher than one layer of grain.
Lower it by about 100m/m. This dimension is the overlapping dimension of the steel plates forming the first stage grain shell 2 and the second stage grain shell 3 between 3T and 2B in FIG. After pushing up the first tier of grain shells 2, the arc-shaped steel plates 3' forming the second tier of grain shells 3 are arranged, their lower parts aligned with the jig 4, and their upper parts Line it up along the bottom of the first row of grain shells 2. Furthermore, the vicinity of the overlapping portion of the steel plates 3' arranged in a cylindrical shape with the first stage shell 2 is tightened with a wire and a fastener, and in this state, the vertical joints of each steel plate 3' are welded together. . However, only one vertical joint, such as the joint 3S with a slight gap shown in FIG. 1, is left unwelded.

Next, the first stage grain shell 2 is pushed up by the jack 5, and the distance between the lower end of the first stage grain shell 2 and the upper end of the second stage grain shell 3 is about 5 m/m. Push up until there is a gap. When the first row of grain shells 2 is removed from the overlapping part of the second row of grains 3,
Due to the tightening force, the diameter of the upper part of the grain shell 3 in the second stage becomes approximately the same as the diameter of the lower part of the grain shell 2 in the first stage. At that time, the gapped seam 3S shown in FIG. 1 is closed, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 2. Here, the vertical seam 3S is welded and joined to form the second stage grain shell 3 that is connected all around the circumference. Further, the first stage grain shell 2 and the second stage grain shell 3 are welded and joined. In addition, the first row of grain 2

I tried to weld the joint with a certain gap, but
This is a commonly used method to prevent welding distortion.
