なく出来る。 The structure and operation of the present invention will be explained below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings attached to the specification, but it will become clear in relation to the entire structure of a protective fence such as a snow fence, which is a useful implementation target of the present invention. In order to achieve this, in the above embodiment, the structure and operation of the entire protective fence will be explained. First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is one of the main pillars of the structure of the present invention, which is made by pressing a molded material made by extrusion molding of a metal material such as aluminum alloy or iron, or a metal plate. Made by bending and welding,
It is formed into a hollow rectangular cylinder or the like, and a lip groove 2 that opens outward is provided on the front and rear surfaces of the outer periphery so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the support 1. 3 is a metal auxiliary column that is fitted into the upper end of the column 1 and slid to adjust the length of the column 1 depending on the amount of insertion and removal. It fits into the lip groove 2 of the column 1 at the lower end of both the front and rear sides. A notched elongated hole 5 to be engaged with a fixing device 4 consisting of a headed bolt and nut, and a hole 6 of the same height for pivotally supporting a mounting fitting 7 to be described below are bored in the upper end portions of both the left and right sides. 7
is a U-shaped metal mounting bracket, and its opposing pieces 8 and 9 have a pair of oblique long holes 10 for pivotally supporting the auxiliary support 3, and a pivot consisting of a long bolt and nut. The structure is such that it can be fixed at an appropriate position in the elongated hole 10 by the attachment member 11. Reference numeral 12 indicates a connecting portion between the facing pieces 8 and 9, and 13 indicates several fixing holes drilled in the connecting portion. If the strength of the outer wall of the building or the wall is low, it can be fixed to the building frame in advance and attached to the wall surface. The mounting bracket 7 is fixed to the installed waste frame 51 with screws. 14
is a metal fixing fitting, which is equipped with a rectangular fixing plate 15 and a pair of opposing supporting pieces 16 on its upper surface that sandwich the lower ends of both the left and right sides of the support column 1, and the pivoting plate 16 is provided at the same height position on both sides. A pair of pivot holes (not shown) are drilled at the same height at the lower ends of both the left and right sides of the support column 1, through which the pivot members 17 consisting of long bolts and nuts of the member 11 and the like are passed. A shaft support hole is provided, each shaft support hole of both is aligned, and a long bolt of the pivot member 17 is passed through and a nut is tightened to fix the support column 1. The fixing metal fitting 14 fixes the fixed plate 15 to the flat ground around the building using an anchor, a peg, or the like. Next, reference numeral 18 is a backbone made of the same material as the support 1, such as a shape material, which constitutes the main part of the present invention together with the support 1, and has a rectangular cylindrical shape and a long rear surface and an upper surface with lip grooves 19 and long grooves. 20 are disposed through the longitudinal direction of each rib 18, and while the ribs 18 are held horizontally, the following connectors 21 are inserted.
21'' and fixing tools 22 and 23, and connect and fix them to a plurality of pillars 1 installed in parallel through the lip groove 19 and the lip groove 2 of the pillar 1, respectively.
Upper frame 2 that accommodates panel B such as a metal plate of a protective fence
8. It plays a role of reinforcing the spacing and shape maintenance of the frame material consisting of the lower frame 29. Reference numeral 21a denotes a metal connector that constitutes one of the main parts of the present invention, and as shown in FIG.
The legs 21' at both ends have a U-shape that closely hugs the front and side surfaces of the rectangular cylindrical column 1 without any gaps, and a bolt hole 47 similar to the above is bored approximately in the center. Cross-sectional hat (〓-shaped hat) with contact part 21''
A main body portion C is formed by a bent long plate. The number of ribs 18 used can be increased as appropriate depending on the amount of snowfall, wind force, etc. in the area of use, thereby increasing the strength of the protective fence. In addition, the pillars at the end of the protective fence are
The connector to be used is a connector 21b of the main body C, which is made of a long bent plate and has a cross section not a hat shape but a square shape as shown in FIG. 3b. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the main body C having a hat-shaped cross section has short ribs 18 projecting horizontally from both upper and lower edges of the legs 21' of bent long plates on both sides. If the connecting tool 21ca is provided with backbone holding parts 45 held from both sides in the longitudinal direction, it will be easier to attach the backbone 18 to the strut 1, as will be described again later when explaining the functions and effects. , fit the head into the lip groove 2 of the support column 1, and insert the bolt hole 47 of the connector 21ca.
A fastener 23 consisting of a headed bolt and a nut, in which a threaded portion is inserted and a nut is screwed onto the protruding end of the bolt.
Even if it is loosened during adjustment of the fixing position of the backbone 18, the upper and lower edges of one side of the backbone 18 will not touch the connecting tool 21.
It is held from both sides by the middle bone holding part 45 of the ca, and the end of the middle bone is in contact with the strut 1.
The backbone does not rotate and come off, and the connecting tool 21ca also does not rotate. The connector shown in FIG. 8 has the structure shown in FIG. 7 by removing the upper mid-bone clamping part 45 and making the lower mid-bone clamping part 45 extend horizontally long near the width of the mid-bone 18. The connecting tool 21da is equipped with a wide supporting part 46, and if it is tightened and fixed to the column 1 using the fixing tool 23 in advance, the backbone 18 can be supported by the wide supporting part 46. Therefore, the connecting tool 21 of the threaded portion of the headed bolt of the fixing tool 22 with the head fitted into the lip groove 19 of the backbone 18
The screwing and tightening work of the nut that is screwed into the threaded part protruding from the bolt hole 47 of the da can be quickly performed with both hands. In addition, when the main body part C is square-shaped, a connecting tool 21cb (not shown) having a backbone holding part 45 and a connecting tool 21 (not shown) having a supporting part 46 are used.
db also has functions and effects similar to those mentioned above, although they are somewhat inferior. In addition, the bolt holes 47 and 48 formed in the abutment part 21'' and the leg part 21' of the connector 21a etc. may be round holes, long holes, or long notched holes. Contact portion 2 of connectors 21a, 21b
When using it as a 1" bolt hole 47, place it with the notch facing downward and use the bolt hole 47 of the leg 21'.
8, it is convenient for the connection operation if the notch is placed sideways or downward as shown in FIG. 24 is a lip groove 2 on the front surface of the support column 1, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4.
The upper frame 28 and lower frame 29 described later are held and fixed at appropriate positions on the support 1 by means of a fixing device 25 consisting of a headed bolt and a nut into which the bolt heads are fitted. The metal fittings have a square cross section,
Both upper and lower frames 2 are attached to the inside of the bent end opposite to the side fixed to the support 1, with a width slightly narrower than the width of the support 1.
A protrusion latching portion 26 is provided which fits into the concave groove 31 of the holes 8 and 29. As shown in FIG. 4, this frame fixing fitting 24 is also provided with a protrusion hooking part 27 on the fixed end side to the column 1, which is inserted into the lip groove 2 of the column 1, as shown in FIG. A structure for preventing rotation of the frame fixing fitting 24 is added. Next, 28 and 29 are long upper and lower frames made of extrusion molded metal materials such as aluminum alloy or synthetic resin materials, respectively. A concave groove 31 into which the protrusion latching part 26 of the metal fitting 24 is inserted is provided in the longitudinal direction of both frames, and the contact main surface 32 and rear part of both frames are mainly flat with the support 1 and the frame fixing metal fitting 24. In addition, the front part 30 and the rear part 33 are extended to form a stile storage part 34 that stores the upper and lower frames 37 of panel B, which will be described later.
3 form a panel fishing opening edge 35. Next, B is a panel, of which 36 are metal plates such as aluminum alloy and iron plates, corrugated metal or synthetic resin sheets, mesh boards, wooden door panels, waterproof plywood, metal, synthetic resin, and wooden drainboards. , the main body of panel B made of synthetic fiber net, etc., and 37 are upper and lower frames attached to the top and bottom of the panel main body 36, made of metal material such as aluminum alloy, synthetic resin material, or wood. . 38 is the panel body 3
Vertical frames attached to both sides of the frame 6 are made of the same material as the upper and lower frames 37, assembled and connected together with the upper and lower frames 37, and the panel body 36 is assembled and firmly fixed with screws, and the panel is assembled. Form B. 39 is a through lip groove that is built as part of the vertical frame and is arranged so that the opening is on the back side of panel B, and this is where panel B is fixed to the backbone 18. Attach the hook portion 42 of the fixture 40 described below. 40
is a fixing metal fitting, which is a locking piece that doubles as a knob and has approximately the same shape and effect as the shelf support piece of a commercially available metal rack (bookshelf), as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 6 a and b. The hook piece forms a right angle with the locking part 43 and is fixed,
The long side is the side parallel to the upper surface, and the short side perpendicular to the long side is slightly narrower than the groove width of the lip groove 39 of the vertical stile 38 of panel B.The hanging part 42 of the flat plate body and the center part near the tip thereof have a middle part. It consists of a locking part 43 of a flat plate that also serves as a knob, in which a screw hole 49 is bored that is close to the groove width of the groove 20 of the bone 18, or a through hole 49 that is slightly larger than the groove width is bored, as shown in FIG. As shown in c, the latching part 42 is assembled by pinching the latching part 43, inserting its short side into the lip groove 39 of the vertical stile 38 of panel B, and rotating the latching part 43 through a 90 degree angle. , both ends of the long side longer than the width of the lip groove 39 catch on the left and right lips and do not come off from the lip groove 39. On the other hand, the lower surface of the locking part 43 is parallel to the upper surface of the backbone 18, so that the lip groove 39 to touch the upper surface, screw the screw 50 into the screw hole 49, and insert the protruding portion of the screw 50 to near the bottom of the groove 20 of the backbone 18, or insert the material of the backbone 18. If it is relatively soft such as aluminum alloy, the fixing fitting 40 is locked and fixed to the backbone 18 by screwing a screw, small bolt 50, etc. that is thicker than the width of the groove 20 through the through hole 49, and at the same time By fixing the panel B to the backbone 18, in addition to improving the strength of the column row by connecting with the plurality of columns 1, it serves to increase the mounting strength of the panel B together with the upper frame 28 and the lower frame 29. The hook 42 of the fixture 40 that fits into the lip groove 39 of the vertical stile 38 of panel B may be a bent flat plate as shown in FIG. If it is placed in the shape 44, it is convenient because the hook 43 can be picked up with fingers, inserted into the lip groove 39, and locked with one touch, as shown in FIG. 6c. 41 is a middle crosspiece attached to panel B, which is fixed to panel B with screws or the like. Incidentally, the elongated hole 10 provided in the mounting bracket 7 may be the long hole drawn as the round hole 6 in FIG.
The elongated hole 10 may be a round hole, and the hole 6 may be a round hole.
Both of the long holes 10 and 10 may be long holes. When both holes are long holes, one of the long holes may be horizontal or vertical instead of having an inclination of 30 degrees to 45 degrees. In addition, in some cases, without using the auxiliary support 3, an appropriate hole or long hole similar to the above auxiliary support 3 may be bored at the same height on both the left and right sides of the upper end of the support 1, and the upper end of this support 1 , Direct, Mounting bracket 7
Fit it between the facing pieces 8 and 9 of , match the hole positions of both, pivotally support it with a pivot member 11 such as a long bolt, and tighten it with a nut to fix it at an appropriate point in the hole. It may be configured to do so. In these cases, it goes without saying that when fastening and fixing the pivot member 11, a known tightening auxiliary member such as a spring washer may be used as necessary to prevent the fixed position from shifting unnecessarily. In addition, if the length of the horizontal part 7' of the mounting bracket 7 is made longer, the distance between the protective fence and the outer wall of the building will be increased, which is advantageous in terms of lighting when installing it on an outer wall part with a window, an entrance, etc. In addition, it can reduce hindrances when entering and exiting.

The building frame and waste frame 51 inside the wall surface by Natsuto et al.
etc. to be fixed. Next, to explain an example of the procedure for erecting a support column, it is fitted between a pair of support pieces 16 of a mounting bracket 14 having a fixed flat plate 15 at the lower end in advance,
Align the shaft support holes (not shown) drilled in both the left and right sides of the column 1 and the opposing piece 16 of the fixing metal fitting 14, pass the threaded part of the long bolt of the pivot member 17, and screw and tighten the nut to rotate. The auxiliary column 3 is fitted to the upper end of the column 1 which is movably attached to the shaft, and the notch elongated hole 5 is inserted into the auxiliary column 3.
are fitted into the lip grooves 2 on both the front and rear sides of the support 1, into the threaded portions of the headed bolts of the fasteners 4 fitted with their respective heads, and are temporarily fixed by threading the nuts together and lightly tightening them. Next, align the left and right holes 6 of the auxiliary support column 3 with the long holes 10 of the left and right opposing pieces 8 and 9 of the mounting bracket 7,
Pass the long bolt of the pivot member 11, and temporarily fix it by screwing the necessary nut into the threaded part. A plurality of pillars 1 in this state are connected in parallel to the outer wall of the building or to the waste frame 5.
1, make the necessary adjustments using the long holes 10 of the mounting bracket 7, the notched long holes 5 of the auxiliary strut 3, and the sliding of the headed bolts of the fixing device 4 against the lip grooves 2, then tighten the nuts as appropriate. All you have to do is tighten the bolts and secure the mounting bracket 7 to the outer wall or the waste frame 51 with screws, etc., and in the meantime, you can adjust the mounting angle of the support 1, the distance from the wall, the height of the support, etc. When several pillars are lined up against a wall and placed against it, even if there are some unevenness due to unevenness of the wall,
Since the position of the support can be adjusted so that panel B can be stored flush with the support, the installation work of panel B can be carried out smoothly. Next, the fixing fittings 14 at the bottom of the pillar are fixed to the ground around the building with anchors, pegs, etc., and the installation of the pillar is completed. Next, an embodiment of the protective fence including the main part of the main part 1 and the main frame 18 of the protective fence will be described.
While maintaining the backbone 18 horizontally, a hat-shaped connector 21a or 21 is attached to the middle part of the fence in the middle part in the longitudinal direction of the fence, and a cross-shaped connector 21a or 21 in the end part of the fence.
b is brought into contact with the rear surface of the support column 1, and at this time, the threaded portion of the bolt of the fixing device 22, which consists of a headed bolt and nut whose head is fitted into the lip groove 2 on the rear surface, is connected to the connecting device 2.
Insert it into the bolt hole 47 of 1a or 21b, screw the nut onto the protruding end of the threaded part, slide the threaded part in the lip groove 2, and adjust the mounting position while tightening and fixing. In this case, in the case of the connecting tool 21ca shown in FIG. 7, which is provided with the backbone clamping part 45, the backbone 18 and the connecting tool 21 do not rotate, so the work is easy, and
As shown in FIG. 8, the lower left and right holding parts 45 in FIG.
In the case of the connector 21da set to 6, the support part 46
Since the backbone 18 is supported by the belt, both hands can be fully used during the tightening work, so the work can be carried out quickly and easily. Next, a fixing device 25 consisting of a headed bolt and a nut is inserted into the lip groove 2 at the lower front end of the column 1.
The frame fixing bracket 24 is fixed to the lower front end of the column 1 by fitting the bolt head of the frame fixing bracket 24 into the threaded part, fitting the bolt hole of the frame fixing bracket 24 into the threaded part, and screwing and tightening the nut. Place the contact main surfaces 32 of the upper frame 28 and the lower frame 29 on the upper surface of the frame fixing bracket 24, fit the protrusion latching portion 26 of the frame fixing bracket 24 into the concave groove 31, and then tighten the bolts. The upper frame 28 and the lower frame 29 are firmly fixed to the column 1 by tightening and fixing them with fixing tools 25 consisting of nuts. During this time,
Of course, the distance between the upper frame 28 and the lower frame 29 can be adjusted according to the dimensions of the panel B. By the way, up to the above steps, the framework of the protective fence including the present invention has been completed, and then the panel B is installed in the sparse manner between the frame storage parts 34 of the upper and lower frames 28 and 29, which have been adjusted. Furthermore, a lip groove 39 provided on the back side of the vertical stile 38 of panel B
Insert the short piece of the hook part 42 on one side of the fixing bracket 40 in the same manner as previously explained with reference to FIG. 6c.
By rotating the long piece by a degree of angle, both ends of the long piece are hooked onto the left and right lips of the lip groove 39, and the locking part 43 on the other side is brought into contact with the upper surface of the backbone 18, and the locking part A screw or bolt 50 (see No. 3) of an appropriate thickness is screwed into the screw hole 43 or through hole 49, and the tip of the screw or bolt 50 is placed on the upper surface of the backbone 18.
0, lock or screw panel B to backbone 1.
By locking and fixing the panel B to 8, the panel B, which has been stored and installed in a frugal manner, will not accidentally come off due to the wind blowing or external force applied during snow removal. As described above, the protective fence including the present invention can be assembled and fixed easily and securely using common fasteners such as bolts, nuts, and screws without the need for on-site drilling or the like. It is possible to disassemble and remove it by reversing the procedure and releasing the fixation. In addition, the wood-based wood used in the past,
It has much superior strength, durability, and weather resistance compared to materials made of square timber or Yoshizu clad materials that are prone to decay and breakage.
Adjust the position using the elongated hole 10 provided on one or both sides, and slide the bolt of the fixing device attached by inserting the head there, using the lip grooves running through the pillar 1, the backbone 18, etc. You can also adjust the mounting position of the
In addition, the grooves 31 of the upper frame 28 and the lower frame 29 and the frame fixing metal fittings 24 ensure that both the upper and lower frames 28 and 29 are firmly fixed to the support 1, and the panel B can be stored in an economical manner. , easy to operate. In particular, according to the present invention, the backbone 18 is quickly tightened and fixed to the support column 1 by the lip grooves provided on both sides and the hat-shaped and square-shaped connectors 21a, 21b, etc., and the panel B It is possible to form a strong connection structure between the pillar and the backbone that supports the backbone 1.
Since the number of rods 8 can be increased by using the lip grooves 2, the strength of the connection structure between the pillars 1 and the backbone 18 can be strengthened as needed. and connector 2
The connecting tool 21ca, which has backbone clamping parts 45 protruding from both edges of the legs 21' of the main body part C of 1, does not come off because when the backbone 18 rotates, the connecting tool 21ca also rotates. On the other hand, the upper middle bone clamping part 45 of the connecting tool 21ca is removed, and the lower middle bone clamping part 4
The connecting tool 21da has a supporting part 46 in which the part 5 is extended horizontally near the width of the backbone 18, so that there is no need to support the backbone 18 by hand during work, so the fixing tool 23 consisting of bolts and nuts Since it is easy to use both hands when tightening, labor during assembly or disassembly work can be saved. In addition, panel B is fixed to the backbone 18 by the fixing fitting 40 installed between the long groove 20 of the backbone 18 of the pillar-to-backbone connection structure of the present invention and the lip groove 39 of the vertical stile 38 of panel B. Since it is firmly fixed, there is almost no possibility that the fixed panel B will come off.
