(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional system, when there is a change in the number or position of pipes to be expanded, the mandrel 4 attached to the reciprocating body 1e is adjusted accordingly.
The number and position of 1 must also be changed. That is, in the conventional type, it is necessary to change the arrangement of the mandrels by attaching and detaching a large number of mandrels 41 from the reciprocating body 1e each time the arrangement of the tubes to be expanded is changed.

That is, the present invention provides a mounting plate 6 in which a plurality of through holes 7 are formed in a reciprocating body 1 for reciprocating a plurality of mandrels 41 to face a pipe 50 to be expanded, and the mounting plate In each of the through holes 7 of 6, a mandrel 41 having a locking step portion 42 having a larger diameter than the mandrel shaft portion on the head thereof can be freely slid so as to protrude toward the back side of the mounting plate 6, and the locking step portion 42 can be freely slid to protrude toward the back side of the mounting plate 6. The mandrel 41 is inserted through the engagement of the stopper step 42 and the mounting plate 6 to prevent it from coming off toward the distal end side. Moreover, on the back side of the mounting plate 6, there is a hole at the position of the mandrel 41 used for pipe expansion. Correspondingly, a mounting cavity 8 is provided for removably mounting a pressing attachment 43 formed with a pressing surface 44 for pressing the head of the mandrel 41.
It is a tube expansion device.

(Function) Therefore, in the tube expansion device characterized by the above configuration, the pressing attachment 43, which has a pressing surface 44 formed corresponding to the position of the mandrel 41 used for tube expansion, is attached to the back side of the mounting plate 6. Empty part 8 for mounting
The reciprocating body 1 is attached to the pipe 50 for pipe expansion.
When operated to the side, only the mandrels 41 necessary for pipe expansion among the plurality of mandrels 41 inserted through the plurality of through holes 7 of the mounting plate 6 are pressed by the pressing surface 44 of the pressing attachment 43 and moved forward. It will be done. On the other hand, the mandrel 41, which is unnecessary for pipe expansion, is not pressed by the pressing attachment 43, but instead protrudes toward the back side of the mounting plate 6 and escapes, and is pressed forward by the operation of the reciprocating body 1. There is no. Therefore, when the arrangement of the tubes 50 to be expanded is changed, the pressing surface 4
Pressing attachment 43 with 4 different patterns
A desired mandrel 41 can be used for pipe expansion by simply replacing the mandrel 41, and there is no need to attach or detach the mandrel 41 mounted on the mounting plate 6.

Further, since the mandrel 41 is prevented from coming off by engaging the locking step portion 42 on the head with the mounting plate 6, the mandrel 41 is attached to the mounting plate 6 by attaching the mandrel 41 to the mounting plate 6. This can be achieved by simply inserting the mandrel 41 into each through hole 7 of the plate 6, and there is no need to separately provide a special mechanism for holding the mandrel 41.

A total of 20 mandrels 41 in two rows and 10 stages are pressed down by the pressing attachment 43, so that only the mandrels 41 necessary for expanding 20 of the 60 mandrels are pressed down and the mandrels 41 are pressed down. The tubes 50 are press-fitted into the tubes 50 set on the stand 17 and arranged in two rows and 10 stages. This allows proper pipe expansion work to be carried out.

In addition, if a weak current was sent to the conductive plate 46 of the detector 49 attached to the abutting stand 14 during the pipe expansion work, the mandrel 41 being pressed would not be press-fitted into the specified pipe 50, which would hinder the pipe expansion work. When the mandrel 4

Furthermore, when expanding the tube 50 in a different arrangement from the above, the pressing attachment 43 used in the previous tube expansion operation is attached to the cylinder 30.
is engaged by the engaging piece 33 of the rod 31, taken out from the mounting cavity 8, and housed in the rack 26, and another pressing attachment 43 formed with a pressing surface 44 of a different pattern is inserted into the rack. 26 and reinstall it into the mounting space 8. If the reciprocating body 1 is then lowered, the specified pipe expansion work can be performed by pressing only the mandrel 41 corresponding to the pressing surface 44 of the new pressing attachment 43, and there is no need to touch the mandrel 41 at all. be.

In the above embodiment, a stopper plate 53 is separately used to prevent the mandrel 41 from descending unnecessarily for pipe expansion. Even if it descends and comes into contact with a member around the tube 50, it does not firmly press the member, but still protrudes upward from the mounting plate 6, causing escape. Therefore, the stopper plate 53 is not necessary in the present invention. As a result, in the present invention, it is only necessary to change the pressing attachment 43 in order to change the setup for the pipe expansion work.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the mandrels 41 are arranged in three rows 20
Since the mandrels 41 are installed in stages, if the mounting pitch of the mandrel 41 and the arrangement pitch of the pipes are the same, all pipe expansion work for pipes 50 within 3 rows and 20 stages can be handled by simply replacing the pressing attachment 43. It becomes possible. However, the present invention is not limited to the specific arrangement and number of mandrels 41, which can be changed as appropriate depending on the conditions of the tube to be expanded. Therefore, the number of through holes 7 formed in the mounting plate 6 through which the mandrels are inserted can also be changed.

Moreover, the pressing attachment 43 according to the present invention
The specific structure is not limited to that of the above-mentioned embodiments; for example, as shown in FIG. 6, an integral hole 45' may be appropriately provided at a position where the pressing surface 44' is not formed. Note that the pressing attachment 43 does not need to be replaced by mechanical work using the cylinder 30 or the like as in the above embodiment, but may be replaced manually. Therefore, the engaging piece 55 for engaging with the rod 31 of the cylinder 30 is not an essential requirement.
Moreover, the pressing attachment 43 according to the present invention
In short, the pressing surface 44 for pressing the mandrel 41 may be formed in accordance with the position of the mandrel to be used.

Furthermore, the pipe expanding device according to the present invention is not limited to the so-called vertical pipe expanding operation in which the mandrel 41 is moved in the vertical direction as in the above embodiment, but is applicable to
Naturally, the present invention can also be applied to a so-called horizontal tube expansion device that moves the mandrel 41 in the horizontal direction, as described in Japanese Patent No. 9732 and the like.

Furthermore, the specific configuration of each part, such as the specific mounting and forming means of the mounting cavity 8 for mounting the pressing attachment 43, the mounting plate 6, the reciprocating body 1, etc. of the tube expansion device according to the present invention, is as follows. All designs can be changed as desired within the intended scope of the present invention.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention is characterized in that a mandrel is slidably inserted through a mounting plate provided on a reciprocating body, and the locking step formed on the head of the mandrel and the mounting plate are connected. It is provided to prevent the distal end from coming off by engagement, so that only the mandrel corresponding to the pressing surface of the pressing attachment installed in the mounting cavity formed on the back side of the mounting plate can be appropriately pressed. Because of the similar configuration, if the arrangement or number of tubes to be expanded is changed, simply changing the pressing attachment allows pressing only the necessary mandrels that correspond to the tubes. Appropriate pipe expansion work was now possible.

As a result, the labor required to attach and detach a large number of mandrels from the reciprocating body each time the arrangement of the tubes is changed can be saved, and the workability has been significantly improved compared to the conventional method.
