方が輪切りの役目を行ない、上記各種を擦潰しと
撹拌とアミ容器の移動により、栄養を除くことな
く完全にアミ目より流出させることを特徴とする
もので、以下例図に基づいて説明すると、容器1
をアミ2にするか、或いは全周に小孔2aを多数
穿設し、底面を円弧3に形成と刃4を多数上向き
に突設し、その容器の上部に柄5を取付け、擂棒
6の下方には容器1の底面の形状に合つたように
U字形に形成した屈曲部6aにスプリング7を遊
挿し、擂棒の上端を柄5に回動自在に枢着又は着
脱自在とし、その上部に鍋のフチに掛けるフツク
8を突設したもので、前述のようなアミ容器と擂
粉木を別々にするという不便を除くものである。

4又はアミと屈曲部6aの間によつて擦潰す、し
かも、屈曲部6aと底面3の間隔は中央部より両
側を狭くすると、米かす、豆かす等を中央で咬込
み、両側に屈曲部6aが移動時に擦潰す、更に本
願の特徴とするスプリング7が屈曲部6aを軸と
して自在回動にすると、屈曲部6aの位置に関係
なく容器1の底面3に常時接動し、且つ、下方は
刃の役目で擦潰しを助強し、上方は櫛の役目で団
子状を切断しながら撹拌するという画期的効果を
生む、この際、左右の動きで熱湯が容器1のアミ
2又は小孔2aよりその容器内に出入し、上記の
擦潰と同時に容器1より流出するという効果で、
早く簡単に上記各種をこすことが出来、特に甘
酒・重湯は一番おいしく栄養の多い部分を完全に
飲料できるという経済的効果と、且つ柄5も鍋の
外側で片手で料理を楽しみながら誰でも簡単に操
作が出来、しかも直接持手に湯気が触れず、夏季
も熱くないという利点があるものである。
