縁部を2段に折曲げ(短辺曲げ)たのち、ハンド
リングテーブル上にて、180度回転して他方の短
辺62の短辺曲げを行ない、次いでワークを90度
回転して1方の長辺63の縁部折曲げ(長辺曲げ)、
更に180度回転して他方の長辺64の長辺曲げを
行う。その結果、第11図に示すように各辺の端
部は第1段曲げE、第2段曲げHによつて、それ
ぞれコ字形に折曲げられた幅W、長さLの長方形

[発明の効果]
上記のように本発明は、隅部上型と分割上型と
のエツジラインにスキマを有しないため、型のつ

曲げ加工することができる。また曲げ加工時には
分割上型の端面と隅部上型の開き型のエツジ近く
に形成した平坦面とを密接させているので、大き
な荷重に耐え、折曲げ精度を向上させる。更に曲
