For this reason, it is originally possible to use the same type of floor panel, but due to differences in specifications and seat mounting positions depending on the car model, it is necessary to use a dedicated floor panel with seat mounting holes formed to match each corresponding seat. As a result, this not only increases the cost of press equipment, but also requires a large number of man-hours for parts management on the automobile assembly line, which also has a negative impact on assembly work efficiency, which is disadvantageous in terms of cost and productivity. It had some flaws. (Refer to Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-97180.) In view of the conventional situation, the present invention makes it possible to share the floor panel for each specification, thereby realizing a significant cost reduction, and reducing the number of parts management man-hours and assembly work. The purpose is to provide a floor structure that can improve the

In one seat arrangement part of the floor panel 1,
In addition to mounting holes 4d and 4e for bench type seat S 3 , mounting holes 4f and 4g for split type seat S 4 .
Also, seat mounting holes 4h and 4i for different types of split type sheets S5 are formed. On the back side of this floor panel 1, there is a closed cross section 8d that covers the mounting holes 4d to 4i for fixing the front side of each sheet, and a closed cross section 8d that covers the mounting holes 4d to 4i for fixing the rear side of each sheet.
It is composed of e. These closed cross section parts 8d, 8e
As in the case of the above-mentioned embodiment, the groove-forming member is constituted by a bead-formed member or a channel-shaped cross member.

Therefore, in the case of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, in the case of a specification vehicle to which the bench seat S3 is installed, it is fixed using the mounting holes 4a and 4e.
The other mounting holes 4f to 4i remain open. In addition, as shown in Figure B, if the split type seat S 4 is installed on a specification vehicle, it should be fixed using the mounting holes 4d, 4f and 4e, 4g, and the other mounting holes 4h,
4i remains open. Furthermore, as shown in Figure C, in the case of a car with specifications to which a different type split type seat S 5 is installed, it is fixed using the mounting holes 4d, 4h and 4e, 4i, and the mounting holes 4f, 4g remain open. . Therefore, even if the mounting holes other than those for the seat of a certain installed type remain open for each of the vehicle models mentioned above, these mounting holes can be opened using the closed section sections 8d and 8e on the back of the floor panel. Since it is covered, it is possible to prevent splashes, dust, etc. from entering the interior of the vehicle without the need for special grommets.

As described above, according to the present invention, a plurality of mounting holes corresponding to the mounting of a plurality of different types of seats are formed in a floor panel, and a plurality of mounting holes corresponding to the seats to be mounted on the floor panel among these mounting holes are formed. Since the seats are fixed using holes selectively, the same floor panel can be used in vehicles with different seat specifications. Moreover, the aforementioned mounting holes are provided with groove-forming members on the back of the floor panel. Since the floor panel and the groove-forming member form a closed section that covers the mounting hole, the sealing performance is not impaired even if a special sealing member is not applied to the unused mounting hole. Therefore, it is possible to realize a significant cost reduction, and also to reduce the number of man-hours for parts management and assembly work. In addition, by configuring the closed cross-section portion that covers the seat mounting hole in this way, the closed cross-section portion also functions as a strength member of the floor, so that multiple types of seat mounting holes can be formed. It also has a great practical effect in that it does not impair the strength of the floor at all.
