【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、豆腐を連続して冷却する機構と共に
冷却された豆腐が終端に於て水面に浮上する装置

従来、この種の豆腐冷却装置に於ては単に豆腐
を冷却するためのもので次のような問題点があつ
た。先ずネツト式冷却槽では第8図に示されたよ
うに、
(1) 駆動部が水槽の外にあるため水槽壁にシール

本発明の目的は、従来の問題点に鑑みてなされ
たもので、豆腐を連続自動的に冷却すると共に、
冷却された豆腐の処置も容易にする装置を提供す

以下に本発明の装置を添付の図面に基づいて説
明すると、本装置の概要を示す第1図於て装置の
右端に在る、スローブを有する板カバー1のスロ
ーブを未冷却の豆腐2が滑走落下し、下面に在る
底板3上に載る。この底板3は、豆腐を載置した
侭で、シリンダー5のシヤフト9に装着されてい
る底板送り爪4の駆動によつて、前記底板3は終
端方向に連続的に搬送される。このようにして終
端部に到達した底板3は、その部分に設けられた
上向きに円弧状に湾曲したガイド6によつて底板
3−aのように倒立し、更に底板3−bのように
せり上げられるとその底板に置かれた豆腐は、冷
却される。この冷却された豆腐類は、纒めて処置
し、次の工程へと移される。次に上述のように倒
立した底板3−bの下端部は前記ガイド6の端部
からはずれて、その下段に設けた略等しい曲率を
持つて、且つ、前記ガイド6よりも底板1枚分だ
け長い下段へと落下し、この下段ガイド8におい
て、曲率を持つたスロープを底板3−bは自重で
滑走し、水平のリターン用底板3−cとなり、該
底板3−cは、上述のシリンダ5のシヤフト9に
装着された底板リターン用送り爪10の駆動に依
つて終端より初端即ち左より右へと搬送される。
初端部にリターンされた底板3−dは、初端部に
於けるスロープ板11及び之に連接したフラツト
板12によつて、先づ底板3−dはスロープ板1
1により、底板3−e状に先端が上昇し、次いで
フラツト板12に底板3−fのように水平の状態
に置かれ、ここにおいてこの底板3−fは振出し
の初端底板3となり、この上に新たに未冷却の豆
腐が載せられ、前述のように底板送り爪4によ

うな構造により完全に従来の欠点をカバーし、且
つ動力がエアーのため電気的故障がない。即ち各
所で水を使用しても電気動力を使用しないことは
