DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a decorative material having a three-dimensional decorative effect using a foamable resin composition.

Various decorative materials using granular solids have been proposed in the past, but most of them are flat and have only slight irregularities due to the particle size of the granular solids. In addition, some products have an uneven surface created by applying adhesive in a pattern to the base material.
This is because no granular solid matter was present in the areas corresponding to the recesses, and therefore a decorative material having a layer of granular solid matter over the entire surface and having a large uneven surface as a whole could not be obtained.

本発明は以上のような点に鑑みてなされたもの

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and aims to make a layer of granular solid material uneven by using a foamable resin composition.

以下本発明を図面に従つて詳細に説明する。 The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

Next, an adhesive 3 is applied to the entire surface thereof, and while the adhesive still has tackiness, a granular solid material 4 is sprinkled over it to bond it. Note that this granular solid material is sprinkled at a density that is sufficient to hide the pattern of the lower layer, but not excessively.

Next, the adhesive is cured by heating and the foamable resin composition is foamed to obtain a decorative material as shown in FIG.

That is, since the foamable resin composition foams to increase its volume and also increase its surface area, the density per unit surface area of the granular solid material adhered thereon becomes smaller. The granular solids are spread and glued at a density that is sufficient to hide the underlying pattern, but not excessively.
Due to the increase in surface area associated with foaming of the foamable resin composition, the density per unit area of the granular solids becomes smaller, which creates gaps in the layer of the granular solids, making the pattern of the underlying layer visible. It's coming. That is, the pattern 2 can be seen through from the surface.
