[Prior art] Generally, a magazine device is used in the automatic tube changer of a spinning machine to store the doffed tube yarn, which prevents the tube yarn from collapsing and tangled yarn ends, and facilitates the handling of the tube yarn in the subsequent process. To do this, a co-split magazine is mainly used, which is equipped with special separators to arrange the tubes and threads in an orderly manner. For example, the special public interest public
The cot magazine described in Publication No. 12733 has a thread storage groove that is connected vertically, and a check claw is provided at the bottom of the storage groove, so that the thread can be pushed up from below by pushing away the check claw. It is configured to be stored sequentially in a co-op magazine.

Once the yarn is stored in this magazine, it is used as a yarn box and is removed from the automatic tube changer with the yarn still stored in it. About four magazines are loaded in parallel on a transport vehicle and transported to the winder room for the subsequent process. It was used as a hopper in thread supply means such as automatic winders. However, since this small magazine is large, it is not only difficult to operate the transport vehicle, but also difficult to secure a storage space. In addition, this small magazine requires manufacturing precision and has a complicated structure, so it is easily damaged by impact during loading, unloading, and transportation, and is expensive, resulting in high maintenance costs. In addition, in order to use the copper magazine as a yarn box, it is necessary to prepare a large number of copper magazines, which has the drawback of increasing maintenance costs.

Therefore, we use the copper magazine installed in the automatic tube changer only as a yarn storage storage magazine device for the automatic tube changer, and transfer the yarns stored in an orderly manner to a normal tube box, keeping them lined up as much as possible. A device was proposed to feed the yarn into a tube box. for example,
In the device described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 53-98427 shown in FIG. 1, an automatic tube switching machine 1 is equipped with a tip magazine 2 slidably in the longitudinal direction via a rail 3 fixed to the tip magazine. , the rail 3 is supported by support arms 4, 5 and support parts 6, 7 provided on the outside of the automatic pipe switching machine 1. Then, doffing was carried out with the doffing magazine 2 set on the automatic tube changer 1 as shown by the solid line in FIG. It fits into the transport device 10. Conveyance device 10
The pipe threads 8 that have been accommodated are conveyed to the lower part of the copper magazine 2 while being aligned or with the pitch appropriately shortened. The transported yarn 8 is pushed up along a storage groove formed in the magazine 2 by a push-up mechanism 11 disposed below the magazine 2, and a reverse mechanism configured to prevent the yarn 8 from falling is pushed up along the storage groove formed in the magazine 2. The retaining claws are pushed aside and the caps are sequentially pushed in from below to be housed and held in the magazine 2. Then, hold the fully loaded magazine 2 by the handle 12 and
By pulling it out to the position shown by the chain line in the figure and operating the check pawl release lever 14, the check pawls are released all at once, and the stored yarn 8 is placed in the yarn box 13 disposed below the spring magazine 2. It is designed to fall under its own weight.

Incidentally, a cot magazine installed in an automatic pipe changing machine is generally formed to store the pipe threads for all spindles on one side of a ring spinning machine, etc., and the number of pipe threads that can be stored is around 200 threads. On the other hand, a typical pipe box can only accommodate around 100 pipes at most due to its handling. Therefore, it is necessary to divide the pipe yarn stored in the copper magazine into two parts and introduce them into the pipe box. For split feeding, only the yarn stored in the bottom half of the cot magazine is first fed into the tube box, and after replacing the tube box, the remaining upper half is fed in. There is a front and back splitting method in which the number is divided into two and either the front or rear row is put into the yarn box, and then the other row is put into the yarn box. Among these methods, in the upper and lower split method, the means for leaving the upper half of the tube yarn is troublesome, and when the upper half is put in, the tube yarn becomes disordered in the tube box, reducing the capacity of the tube yarn and reducing the number of tubes. This makes handling the thread inconvenient. On the other hand, in the front-rear split method, the threads input into the yarn box descend down the storage groove while touching each other, and are stored in the tube box in an aligned state. It has been adopted.

However, in the conventional device, the method for taking out the bobbin yarn from the spindle magazine is not only the upper and lower split method, but also the front and back split method. There was a problem in that the operator required a large amount of force to operate the drawer in order to position it in the upper position.
In addition, after pulling out the magazine, it is necessary to disengage the two sets of non-return claws, resulting in a problem in that the operator has to perform many work steps.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a state in which a cot magazine is placed in a pipe storage position in order to prevent the bobbin yarn that has been doffed and sequentially pushed up from below the cot magazine by a push-up mechanism from falling. Here, we will explain the check piece of the check device, which is biased by a spring so as to protrude into the thread storage section of the cot magazine, and is held in a retracted state from the thread storage section in other conditions. In the method for taking out the yarn in an automatic tube changing machine equipped with a tip magazine that drops the yarn in the tip magazine by rotating upward, the first step is to remove the tip of the tip magazine by the push-up member of the push-up mechanism. The thread at the lower position is pushed up to a position out of the rotation range of the check piece, and the push-up member of the push-up mechanism is held at that raised position. The second step is to pull out the cot-spun magazine from the mounting part of the co-tup magazine, and then The gist of this step is to once support the yarn on the upper surface of a yarn receiving member placed at approximately the same height as the raised position of the push-up member on the take-out side of the yarn, and then to drop it into the yarn box. It is something.

[Operation] With the above configuration, in the first step, the push-up member of the push-up mechanism pushes up the thread at the lowest position of the cot magazine to a position out of the rotation range of the check piece, and the push-up mechanism pushes it up to that raised position. The member is held, the second step is to pull out the tip magazine from the placement part of the tip magazine, and the third step is to hold the tube yarn receiving member, which is placed at approximately the same height as the raised position of the push-up member on the yarn take-out side. After the tube is once supported on the upper surface, it is dropped into the tube box.
As a result, the yarn in the spun magazine can be easily taken out into the yarn box.

Next, a method for taking out the tube yarn 28 from the cot magazine 22 will be explained. After the automatic tube changer repeats the doffing operation and the doffing of one side of the spinning machine is completed, the push-up member 37 of the push-up mechanism 29 is raised to the highest position shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 and held at that position.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 8, when the machine base 21 of the automatic tube changer that moves along the main body of the spinning machine 61 returns and stops from the doffing completion position shown by the chain line to the return position shown by the solid line, it is detected. A limit switch (not shown) is provided on the machine base 21, and its operation causes the eccentric cam 41 to rotate to the solid line position in FIG. 4 so as to raise the push-up member 37 to the highest position.
It is designed to be stopped and held at that position. In this state, the lowest position of the tube thread 28 stored in the tip magazine 22 is held in the position shown by B in FIG. 7, and the check piece 51 of the check device 49 is in the horizontal position shown by the solid line in FIG. Retained.

The yarn box 62 is placed at the front end of the machine stand 21, and the handle 47
When you hold the tip magazine 22 and pull it toward you, the tip magazine 22 will move between the guide 24 and the grooved rollers 48.
The roller 2 is guided by the bracket 44 that engages with the roller 2.
Move over 7. The lowermost yarn tube 28 supported by the yarn receiving portion 36 of the push-up member 37 moves along the upper surface of the push-up member 37 in accordance with the movement of the tip magazine 22, and the yarn 28 at the lowest position is supported by the yarn receiving portion 36 of the push-up member 37. When the tip magazine 22 moves further, the tube yarn 28 in the tip magazine 22 passes through the slope portion 43b of the tube receiving member 43 and moves to the tube box 6.
It falls and is ejected within 2. While the cot magazine 22 is being pulled out from the yarn storage position of the placement section 23, the engagement between the rollers 58 of the check device 49 and the push-up guide 25 protruding from the guide 24 is released, and the check piece 51 is released. It is rotated upward and held at the retracted position shown by the chain line in FIG.

are all discharged. In this position, half of the tip magazine 22 is placed on the machine base 21, and the tube yarn 28 is stored in that part, so the tip magazine 22 will not tilt forward due to an unbalanced center of gravity. Furthermore, even if the user tries to lean forward for some reason, the bracket 44 restricts the movement, so the user will not be able to lean forward.

After the front half of the yarn 28 has been discharged in this way, replace the yarn box 62 with an empty yarn box 62, hold the handle 47, and pull it further toward you. Then, as shown in FIG. The magazine 22 rotates clockwise in FIG. 10 around a grooved roller 48 that is engaged with a bracket 44. The remaining yarn 28 stored in the rear half is discharged into the yarn box 62 while being guided by the flat surface 43a and the sloped surface of the yarn receiving member 43. The magazine 22 is mounted on the loading section 23.
Since it rotates while sliding on the rollers 27 provided on the rollers 27, the work does not require much force. As shown in FIG. 10, when the tip magazine 22 is completely detached from the placement section 23, the operator needs to hold the tip magazine 22, but in this state, most of the pipe threads 28 have been discharged. Moreover, since the distance between the grooved roller 48, which is a pivot point, and the handle 47 is long (that is, the moment arm is long), the force for holding the tip magazine 22 does not need to be so large.

Second Embodiment Next, the second embodiment embodying this invention will be explained as the first embodiment.
This will be explained according to Figures 1 and 12. This embodiment differs from the previous embodiment in the mechanism for supporting the tip magazine when the yarn is taken out, and the rest of the structure is the same as in the previous embodiment. That is, as shown in FIG.
A planar L-shaped locking member 63 is fixed to both sides of the upper part of the rear part of the holder, and locking parts 64 are provided protruding from both sides of the lower part of the locking member 63. A pair of brackets 65 are protruded from the upper part of the machine base 21 and extend parallel to the guides 24 of the mounting section 23, the tips of which are bent outward, and the lower ends of which are engaged with the locking member 63. A possible locking portion 65a is formed. At the front end of the guide 24 provided on the mounting section 23, a locking protrusion 66 that can be engaged with the locking section 64 of the magazine 22 is provided to protrude toward the inside of the mounting section 23.

As shown by the chain line in Figure 12, the worker first
The magazine 22 is pulled out to a position where approximately half of it protrudes from the front end of the machine base 21. In this state, all the pipe threads 28 stored in the front half of the tip magazine 22 are discharged. After the front half of the tube 28 has been discharged, the tube box 62 is replaced with an empty tube box 62, and the user grasps the handle 47 and pulls it further forward. The magazine 22 is guided by the guide 24 and moves on the rollers 27, and as shown in FIG. When the locking portion 64 is locked to the locking protrusion 66, its movement is restricted and the locking portion 64 is held in that position. When half or more of the tip magazine 22 is pulled out from the front end of the machine base 21, the center of gravity shifts from above the mounting portion 23, and a force is exerted on the tip magazine 22 in a forward tilting direction due to its own weight. but,
The upper surface of the locking member 63 is located in close proximity to the lower surface of the bracket 65, so even if the magazine tries to tilt forward, the upper surface of the locking member 63 comes into contact with the lower surface of the bracket 65 and is restricted. It doesn't tilt.

[Effects of the Invention] As detailed above, the present invention is capable of holding the push-up member of the push-up mechanism at a raised position where the lowermost pipe thread is pushed up to a position out of the rotation range of the check piece of the copp magazine. , the magazine is pulled out from the loading section, and after supporting the yarn on the upper surface of the yarn receiving member, which is placed at approximately the same height as the raised position of the push-up member on the yarn take-out side, the magazine is placed in the yarn box. By dropping the yarn, the front half of the magazine is first pulled out in order to take out the yarn in the front half of the magazine, and after the yarn in the front half of the magazine is taken out, the yarn in the second half is pulled out. In some cases, all you need to do is pull out the lighter magazine, so you can pull out the magazine from the mounting part without much force, and you can easily take out the yarn. Since the yarn can be taken out using a front-back split method, the yarn can be stored in a lined state in the yarn box, and unlike the conventional method, it is not necessary to disengage the check piece after pulling out the magazine. This has an excellent effect in that the work can be done easily since it is no longer necessary.

In order to prevent the doffed yarns from falling, which have been successively pushed up from below the magazine by the push-up mechanism, when the magazine is placed in the yarn storage position, the tubes of the magazine are A check piece of a check device configured to be biased by a spring so as to protrude into the yarn storage section, and to be held in a retracted state from the yarn storage section in other conditions, is rotated upward. Accordingly, in a method for taking out a pipe thread in an automatic tube changing machine equipped with a tip magazine that releases the lock with the tube yarn in the tip magazine and drops the tube yarn, the first step is to remove the push-up member of the push-up mechanism. The thread at the lowest position of the co-op magazine is pushed up to a position out of the rotation range of the check piece, and the push-up member of the push-up mechanism is held at that raised position, and in the second step, the co-op magazine is moved to the co-op magazine mounting section. As a third step, the yarn is once supported on the upper surface of the yarn receiving member, which is placed at approximately the same height as the raised position of the pushing-up member on the side where the yarn is taken out.
A method for taking out a yarn from a magazine equipped with an automatic tube changing machine, which is characterized by dropping the yarn into a yarn box.
